My best friend was German and some how I could understand him and he could understand me and neither of us knew how to speak the others language! speitzel? snitzel? sauerkraut and marzipan are some of my favorite things to eat ;0) I noticed on the top page of the ledger that your Father gave you that the first page was dated 1967 and that was the year I was born!
