They go through this every single morning. Anna eats first, then she takes the baby up in the trees, and nurses. Of course the VOs try to prolong it, by feeding her one lotus seed at a time. Baby monkeys aren't known for their patience, so tantrums ALWAYS follow. THIS baby has learned to not jump onto mom's back, unless she gives her the (1:23) signal with her hand. THAT is because Anna is a great mom and teacher. This infant remembers the bites to the end of her nose, and how much they hurt! Unfortunately THAT kind of pain seems almost necessary, in order for them to remember not to do something!😅
You are right. It is necessary unfortunately. We may not like it, but pain is a good teacher. I know that sounds cruel, but it’s true. Simply pulling the baby off will not work as we have seen in all the videos. They just lunge right back onto the mom over and over again. They are relentless until mom makes it hurt. Until then, they are bound and determined to get their way. Of course, they are acting on instinct, and that is really all they know to do at first, cling and suckle. Mom has to teach them… regrettably by force, and the good moms will. At least that is my opinion.

All visually learning how to get food off the human conveyor belt. Why would any monkey forge for food when they have the times down to when the cameras will appear and the food starts flowing. For most who don't know alot of these comments are correct. Long tail macaques around known for weening at pretty early ages. But rarely ever thing early. Thos is people induced. Mothers will ween early for alot of reason but all are for survival. Stress, ranking, reasons to mate and child growth are the most common. But this I truly believe to be people induced the reason they tell you not to feed wild monkeys is because often if older monkeys see they have to forage less for food they see that as more food for others so will eat the food from the humans and expect the babies to explore. Depending on ranking most older siblings will help raise the babies and teach them to forage which makes ot easier on the mother. And if you noticed this mother allows the baby to play with others. Alot of mothers will shelter the baby heavily and not allow them to explore so from what I'm seeing us she believes he is foraging with the other children. Thos is not abuse or bad parenting it's survival and human intervention. If these people didn't feed them this mother would more than likely have no issue feeding. If you watch other troops on RUclips that aren't apart of savanna, amber ,carbzilla ect. The troop mothers share food with the younger by giving them a choice while breast feeding they will try to encourage the baby to try to eat the food and if they don't they will continue to breast feed and try another time. If the baby grabs at the food and tries to eat it then the mother will start weening and bring the baby to either forage or get food left for them. It also helps to tame the babies from fits because you'll often see a baby throw fits and try to steal the mothers food even while breast feeding and npt actually knowing how to eat so the mother at that point will only allow them to eat solid foods and in doing this the baby will start to have less fits because they focus more on surviving because they aren't getting fed as easy. I've been trying for a while to help stop these people from interfering with the monkeys lives like this. These troops are not nearly as happy as other troops. They arent nearly as playful and is always so much more drama than others. They are truly bad people that have been told tp stop by law enforcement many times. But they don't. They only worry about money and veiws no matter torture they put these innocent animals through everyday of their life. If you question if what I'm saying is true take time and pay attention to the background and what they are doing to them you can see them throw sticks and rocks and shoot sling shots at them to get the reactions. Even down to the box milk they give them. You see them throw up immediately after drinking because it's terrible for their digestive system. They have been told and shown this so many times. But it gets veiws so they keep doing it. All this is the reason why rainbow was weened and raised 2 babies at only a few months old. Because of their interference. Please don't just take my word for it. Do your own research. I've devoted my life to helping these animals and its why I push so hard for people to report these people and get these people stopped so they can live a peaceful life.

Another thing to keep in mind while watching these videos are the titles aren't always the facts, the content is mostly due to manipulation from the VOs, some of the videos are old and being shown as new, and most of all if you pay attention these videos are clips spliced together so you never know the truth just what the VO wants you to see.

I'm just barely into the video but my observation is this. The baby isn't trying to nurse and it appears honestly distressed and scared. This isn't due to bad parenting on the mothers part, it is due the VO's cruelty throwing the mother food but spanning it out so she has to move back and forth to get it. That is a HUGE part on why the baby is behaving like that. Also if you observe closely the baby keeps looking to the left, right and directly at the camera acting out if the mother is holding still. This leads me to believe that there are other VOs doing things that frighten it.

The Vo's are purposely throwing food so Anna and Aron have to move around and get it there by dragging the brat around everywhere. The more Aron drags around the brat the more food he gets. The more Anna gets fed the more she gets agitated with the brat wanting to suck milk.

He knows to walk but is tired and scared of the humans. Anna 90% of the time exclusively feeds/pacifies in the trees. So him acting this way is a reaction to being scared not a tantrum. He’s constantly looking up and both infants are clinging to Anna which isn’t something they would normally do! He eventually is so upset he becomes sleepy and refuses to let go of Anna which is unusual. He can’t help it at this pt because it’s a instinct to cling when upset! Newsflash the vos feeding the little ones will get them punished and the food taken from them in their society little ones eat last. This particular mother will come down from. The trees to feed , once she is done she will take him up in the tree to nurse him. When she is on the ground it's all business of feeding herself and not being bothered by him. She's done it with all her offspring. She's an experienced and consistent mother. Rarely will she give in.

She is calmly teaching the baby. They have to be on a schedule too, which does not deprive them of attention from the mother. The mother is still there and stays by the babies. The holds them and still feeds them but she is trying to not have an all day/night, let’s hang from mom and grab and pull and bite and keep a boob in their mouths for no reason. Soon those babies will be almost as big as her and it is dangerous for them both for them to be trying to feed from the mother and hang from her. As you can see, she is consistent and deliberate with her parenting. Then when she feels the point taken, she picks the baby up. If they break a rule, she repeats the process. This baby is fine. They throw these tantrums to be loud and obnoxious on purpose so the mother will give in, in order to not draw attention from predators and elders. But, if you are familiar with these animals, if the mother gives in and never teaches, they will be teens and expect to feed and hang on the mothers 24/7. They need to learn to forage and play and explore and use their own legs and arms to build strength. She stays right by her babies. When she senses danger she scoops them up. You wouldn’t want your child with a full set of teeth and super strong grip pulling and biting your nipples all day and pulling your skin and biting you.

Another thing to keep in mind while watching these videos are the titles aren't always the facts, the content is mostly due to manipulation from the VOs, some of the videos are old and being shown as new, and most of all if you pay attention these videos are clips spliced together so you never know the truth just what the VO wants you to see.
That was very kind of the male monkey (father?) to take the little rascal on an adventure. It gave the mother a much needed break. I hope she went to the spa with her friends and had some fun.

I'm just barely into the video but my observation is this. The baby isn't trying to nurse and it appears honestly distressed and scared. This isn't due to bad parenting on the mothers part, it is due the VO's cruelty throwing the mother food but spanning it out so she has to move back and forth to get it. That is a HUGE part on why the baby is behaving like that. Also if you observe closely the baby keeps looking to the left, right and directly at the camera acting out if the mother is holding still. This leads me to believe that there are other VOs doing things that frighten it.
I think the ppl R trying 2 get these types of content 4 views .... kinna abusive I say... some of these ppl enjoy brutal /abusive content , I believe.

The Vo's are purposely throwing food so Anna and Aron have to move around and get it there by dragging the brat around everywhere. The more Aron drags around the brat the more food he gets. The more Anna gets fed the more she gets agitated with the brat wanting to suck milk.

He knows to walk but is tired and scared of the humans. Anna 90% of the time exclusively feeds/pacifies in the trees. So him acting this way is a reaction to being scared not a tantrum. He’s constantly looking up and both infants are clinging to Anna which isn’t something they would normally do! He eventually is so upset he becomes sleepy and refuses to let go of Anna which is unusual. He can’t help it at this pt because it’s a instinct to cling when upset! Newsflash the vos feeding the little ones will get them punished and the food taken from them in their society little ones eat last. This particular mother will come down from. The trees to feed , once she is done she will take him up in the tree to nurse him. When she is on the ground it's all business of feeding herself and not being bothered by him. She's done it with all her offspring. She's an experienced and consistent mother. Rarely will she give in.

She is calmly teaching the baby. They have to be on a schedule too, which does not deprive them of attention from the mother. The mother is still there and stays by the babies. The holds them and still feeds them but she is trying to not have an all day/night, let’s hang from mom and grab and pull and bite and keep a boob in their mouths for no reason. Soon those babies will be almost as big as her and it is dangerous for them both for them to be trying to feed from the mother and hang from her. As you can see, she is consistent and deliberate with her parenting. Then when she feels the point taken, she picks the baby up. If they break a rule, she repeats the process. This baby is fine. They throw these tantrums to be loud and obnoxious on purpose so the mother will give in, in order to not draw attention from predators and elders. But, if you are familiar with these animals, if the mother gives in and never teaches, they will be teens and expect to feed and hang on the mothers 24/7. They need to learn to forage and play and explore and use their own legs and arms to build strength. She stays right by her babies. When she senses danger she scoops them up. You wouldn’t want your child with a full set of teeth and super strong grip pulling and biting your nipples all day and pulling your skin and biting you.

Not 1 of Anna's offspring agreed with her weaning methods but they ALL had to deal with it bcuz Anna is 1 mom that doesn't give in. She stands by her law & her law says you nurse when I say you can. She has also never lost a young from malnutrition death.
