    サイリウムは代用可能ですか?

      このレシピだとサイリウムの代用は難しいです。
      いくつか代用できる食品もあるのですが水分量が違ったり、風味が別物になっちゃうのであんまりおすすめ出来ないですね、、、
      サイリウムを使わないのであれば、成形せずに型に流し込んでから発酵して焼くのがいいと思いますよ😋
