Yes, pretty much everyday. My muscles tend to get stiff so stretching really helps!

I do your 5 Minute Stretch video every morning and it's a great way to start my day
No, I have to be really careful because I can dislocate really easily - e.g. I have to put my hips back in when I wake up because the weight of my legs pulls them out when I sleep - I’m trying to build up the muscles around my joints so I can exercise more without them coming out of place.
I want to but I don't 😭 I get distracted and unmotivated.

During that glute stretch, should you press your back into the floor?
Yes, but the focus should more so be on keeping the hips "square" and pressing the knee thats crossed over down to properly feel the stretch!

30s each side would be appropriate! If the stretch feels good and you want to hold longer/deeper... go for it!

This is the second day I'm doing this before going into work. I'm a forklift operator so I sit for long hours in a pretty uncomfortable position because you have to slouch and bend and what not while moving large objects to make sure you don't crash into things. Anyhow last night I felt great and my butt wasn't totally killing me getting all right sitting down. So thank you I'll definitely continue this and see how it goes.

My muscles in gluteus area always get painful cramps even if i try to go slowly in streching and its a problem i dunno how to fix
Great Music Selection which acts a distraction from the stretching. Dome of these positions are advanced. People with bad knees would struggle to do The QUAD position
I’m not so agile as you so is there an easy way to do it. Until I get more flexible
If your confused about timing then just do 30 secs of each side of all the exercises other than the hamstring

I learned that when you do the glute exercise you should flex the foot (you put over the other knee) to protect ypur knees?
It depends what you want to focus on. With flexed foot you put over the other knee, you're stretching more the hamstring, whereas with pointed foot you're stretching more the hip abductors including the piriformis muscle and what's even more important, by stretching your piriformis muscle, it is very helpful and relieving when you suffer sciatic pain. Try it out and you'll feel the difference between both ways to stretch.

There's different types of stretch that are meant for before and after workout (I'd look into that if I were you) but the ones in the video are for after workout
