Great tutorial Krista, thanks. I think that I could really enjoy taking out the day’s frustrations whilst whacking that pillow out! And then sit down to quietly stitch 😁.

I love how you went "do, do, do!" Thank you for the informative video. I'd love to go to your website to look at the pillow covers that you can pre buy, can you put the website in here? You said it too fast for me.

Beautiful video. I have embroidery panels that are ancient, and unraveling in centers. Would you recommend a fusible to iron on to back, to "lock" knots in place (once repaired) BEFORE making back into a pillow cover???? I want to preserve these pieces.

Yes, that could be a good solution, but it's just iron on really low heat so you don't damage the threads.

just curious why you don't add a seam allowance to your calculations? 14*14 pillow would be 15*15 if you sew a 1/2" seam allowance. or am I missing something?

I like my cushions to have a really full look, which is why I don't add seam allowance. Most pillow inserts are a bit underfilled and by not adding seam allowance it makes the cushion look fuller.
