Same. I was only able to have one internal banded because I ended up causing a fissure & an external but healing now and I already feel so much better I can’t wait to do the other internal ones

As always thank you for the informative videos! I have yet to see a specialist for my issues. This may be a silly question, does it matter if it’s a general surgeon or proctologist for hemorrhoids, fistulas, etc? My health insurance provider had me originally seeing a proctologist but the sooner appt is now a general surgeon. I suppose either is ok. Any suggestions? I will ask again and see if they can schedule me with the proctologist if at all possible.

Hi Dr. Chung, tremendous thanks for your work. Your colleagues here in Germany seem to be decades behind on these issues...Just a quick question if you can spare the time: I'm between second and third degree and had banding a few months ago, which caused MASSIVE bleeding for several days, literally my guts were filled with all the coagulated blood. My new doctor is giving me the choice between another try with banding (which he prefers) or surgery which will also cost two months' salary. I'm terrified by both, but is it worth trying banding again or are severe complications a red flag for repeated procedure? Thank you again...

Hi doctor! I've done a hemorrhoids banding in February because I had one that was outside and sometimes was bleeding when I was wiping. The problem is that I had 3 elastic bands for 3 hemorrhoids, but not for the one that was outside and also now I am bleeding more often and the blood drops. So how am I supposed to go back to a doctor that actually worsen my problem? What should I do? Thank you!❤
Ive had them for 5 months i had banding in April but it didnt work they are still there the pain and itching has gone but they still prolapse with bowel movement every day, what would you recommend todo please?

Yeah I describe that as a worm too. 1:23 O had a banding done and it was so painful. I wasn’t a good candidate I don’t think. I think he got it below the dentate line. I also had a fissure at the time. Didn’t know until after he did it, then he told me. I didn’t even know what fissure was then. He also did it blind it seemed. I was in pin for 2 weeks. I should have ran. New CRS and GI said no I’m not a candidate. I have underlying issues too.
Can hemmerhoids cause mild fecal leakage? I have grade 3 hems and I notice small amount of fecal leakage for a few minutes after pooping.
What about banding an external skin tag?? I have an appointment in 2 months to get banding on a skin tag that is outside -at the top.

I have hemorrhoids of the third degree almost
There is no pain or bleeding, but it comes out and comes back after a short time, maybe half an hour
After the examination, the doctor suggested that he band and cut it in the same session
He said that the recovery period will be within a week
I do not know whether this idea is acceptable to band and remove?
Is there a limit to how much banding you can have over the years?

Banding or laser surgery is less painful for 2 grade internal hemorrhoid? It’s just near the anus opening. Please guide me I’m nervous about pain 😢

Hi Dr Chung - I had a Hemorrhoidectomy 6 months ago and feel like my problems are not gone. Do you think I will need further surgery or does healing sometimes take this long? Not sure if everything should have already been back to normal by now

Super difficult to say because I would need to see you to figure out why you feel that way

@@Josh-gb8tx sorry to hear bud pain needs to be assessed for sure sometimes it could be due to muscle tightening after surgery too i’ve heard that needs pelvic physiotherapy of pelvis

How can a doctor thoroughly examine someone who has a fissure & hemorrhoid's? Seems to me the pain would be a huge issue

5 days have been done of banding. 1 hemorrhoid has gone other one is still there. Where should I expect it to be dropped?
is your wofe a doctor? you say you told her what to do... i hace a veterinary castration banding tool... and my doctor doesnt seem to wanna do anything but prescribe me laxatives which make it worse...
I was banded 5 weeks ago, feel alot better.
However noticed today a very little blood on the TP/WET WIPE.
Poissible the hemmy returned or srill healing?

It seems to only happen if I sit to long or very loose to the point of diaharra. Trying to time myself now, with no pushing
Also, trying the 30 day challenge with pranicura- won't lie, it burnt for the first day.

So banding recovery can take alittle bit of time. Unable to get a time from, other than the timing of the hemmy falling off- not the sit healed
Prolapse is gone which is a big plus

I had banding 5 weeks ago. They seem smaller but still pop out after going to the toilet. I see the surgeon next week for a check up, but will ask for banding again. I am worried the surgeon will say no :(
If thats the case i may see another surgeon

Can hemorrhoids contribute to recurring fissures due to crowding the anus?
I have been having recurring fissures for the past year and have developed large external hemorrhoids crowding my anus. The fissure is right at the base of one of the hemorrhoids and I feel like if the hemorrhoids weren't there I would have more space in my anus and possibly less fissures. Do you think removing my external hemorrhoids can help prevent recurring fissures?
Note: I follow all your videos and advice and maintain Miralax, have soft stool, and don't strain, but I still get recurring fissures now.
Hi, I am 32 and I have never had children. When I was a teenager I got a hemroids on the outside. Since then I have a cluster on the outside. They only hurt when my poop is hard and sore. It feels ugly, makes me feel unsexy and hurts when it flares up. There is about four permanent ones and ones that come after hard poop I don't know what to do
Make an appointment with a rectal doctor, I'm sure they could help you. You're too young to suffer like this.

@@boatergirl4811 not great not bad , somewhere in between , went through a fistula surgery in April , it's nearly 3 months , the wound is 100% healed but I beleive I am having some mild incontinence, don't know whether it really is incontinence or just my anxiety kicking in ,I have tremendous health anxiety and currently on depression and anxiety medications as the doctor diagnosed me with illness anxiety disorder with panic attacks .I have my onboarding at my first job as a software engineer on 4th August ..just trying my best to feel good and keep my stomach healthy so that I can move to the new city and start working ..will be meeting my surgeon 3 days later and will try to clear all doubts , I wish I will be fine..Lost 7kgs because of all this surgery and depression. Age:22 years , weight:47kgs ..
Quite depressed sometimes feel like committing suicide .I ask God why he made me so unhealthy while people of my age enjoy and thrive ..but maybe it's my bad karmas in previous lives...
