  • Patsy Y. Iwasaki, Ph.D. faculty member with the English Department at the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo collaborated with the artist Berido, a UH Hilo arts major graduate, to create the graphic novel about Katsu Goto, a 19th century labor advocate and key figure in the Japan-Hawai‘i immigration, labor and social evolution narrative.
    Filmed in Kilohana: The Academic Success Center, Edwin Mookini Library, University of Hawaii at Hilo.
