@@4TheCreativesNice!. Please i have a design that I came across online and would like to show you to get your opinions on. It looks good but it seems to have issue with alignment but not sure. How do i get it to you pls. I tried messaging you on Instagram but it's not going through
Very very very helpful! I actually challenged myself and watched the first part of your video to see the initial flyer. Then I approached the design and worked one out. Afterwards, I watched the rest of the video to see your solutions. Really fun and sharp!
I learned CS4 by doing this for neighborhood kids mowing lawns and babysitting, etc. I can tell you i changed some kids lives substantially. Three girls paid for college for starters. I'm proud of it. Do you approach the businesses with the redesign? Are they commissions and you just film them? I would always just sell them the project file cheap and let them figure out whatever printing and websites they wanted , but always with a vector logo so they could do posters and stickers and whatever they wanted (the three girls eventually had a van with the logo on a huge vinyl sticker). All I'm sayin is... If you're gonna do it just for fun, go find some shitty flyer from a kid trying to be an entrepreneur selling lemonade, washing windows, walking dogs, or maybe a local band or small business. Those project files are gold so if you just give it to them it can be a really big deal and i bet your viewers would like it.
I apologize. What I meant is to not give them the project files unless you charge more which is what I agree with. And it is not a bad idea to go find a bad flyer and then do it for a real business. In terms of getting actual clients, I have gotten it to the point that I have clients coming to me, but I had to approach clients at first. These are not real-life projects that I am filming. Remember, your work has the potential to make a considerable impact, as you've already seen with the three girls who were able to pay for college partly through your help. It's a great blend of community service, skill-sharing, and storytelling that can resonate well with a wide audience.

@@4TheCreatives Seen the which you have mentioned above. Thanks for that. Need more in depth understanding on "How to choose fonts for designing/Brands".
Because I needed it to have a bit of shadow and such from Photoshop. These things could have been done in InDesign but they are easier for text effects in Photoshop.
I think flyers have two sides if their is an extra information we can put it on back side ? Well I'm a beginner to this designing side/work so i don't know that much if I'm wrong plz correct me ❤️
hey , pizza guy here! not an expert but a guy who knows his pizza, Amazing job what you did with the redesigning of that flyer but that pizza pick.... unfortunately you chose an avarage pizza image . on the old flyer there was a real neapolitan pizza, as we know neapolitan pizza is one of italy's finest . ...so if while i'm walking down the street i come across that flyer i look at it because it looks awesome and i'm like: wow these guys have pizza let's check 'em out, but then i look at the pizza...and it's not appetising.... so i'm not going right?? not a hater just a damn perfectionist :))
Hey Lauren, a question here. I wanted to start specializing in logo design and get dribble and Behance clients. What would be the fees a newbie logo design start with (usa rates being the standard) and how can I structure them according to the service I offer?
I have a pricing guide that helps you calculate your prices based on your expenses and also gives a list of starting prices. I charged way too low at first for logos and I think you shouldn’t start lower than $300-500. You can check out this guide here to get more detailed prices: 4thecreatives.com/pricing/
I've noticed that you're currently utilizing the 2022 version of the Adobe suite. Is there a particular reason why you haven't switched to the 2023 version yet? I'm considering upgrading my iMac to the M1 version like yours, but unfortunately, the only available option in my country has 8 GB of RAM. therefore I'm concerned about possible problems that may arise with the latest versions of the Adobe suite :(
There’s no real reason other than I don’t like updates 😂. I hate updating my phone or any tech things. And I like how the 2022 version works. I have CC but just don’t often update them. Also I have an 8GB RAM iMac and as long as I keep my storage low it works wonderfully.
This is just amazing🤯 you gained one subb❤ But i want to know for flyers should we use photoshop or illustrator ? Please help me out! From ur, New subie❤
Please do more videos like these where you take bad flyer, brochures, package design etc and redesign it. This was so helpful!
Deal! I am so glad ;)

thats amazing! well done, may i ask why you used a combo of Photoshop and InDesign to make pizza nights?

Redesign 100% better
Thank you!
What was used at the end of the video to display the design or the presentation?
That was a mockup of a flyer I bought from Creative Market.

Yes, for sure you can put it on the back, but if this is a flyer that is going to be hanging, it is usually best to have as much info on the front.

what is the name of the app or website that you use to design these flyers
Adobe InDesign
Thank you very much, probably, I would add a QR-code on their Insta as well

Why not upload 2 images for the pizza and group them, so you can have the s behind it?
There are many ways to go about doing things in Photoshop. I guess we all get into habits.
