hi . i have recently bought a cnc plasma cutter from RBQLTY and i am having a lot of problems downloading from the website or uploading from the USB stick the StarFcnc software . is this the same software ?
Hi jinan i do metal art sculpture and use a fangling plasma cutter with starcnc for my work ,i am having a bit of a problem at the moment when i put a dxf file in to convert to nc it comes up do you want to verify i say yes and a small screen comes up and says test but that is all it will do ,it used to work ok but i might of changed something ,not realising, im not very good at this so would you be able to help me. or someone that knows what is wrong regards daryl
if my system not detect the Dongle which is provided by company with StarCAM CD. then what can I do to start StarCAM Software? Please given suggestion. I am suffering from heavy loss. your kind response will be highly appreciated. Thanks
Which company in China sold you the CNC machine? You buy via Alibaba? There are many scam company... After you pay... they give you either pirate software and lower grade machine maybe with faulty parts?

I have the same trouble. I tryed in 3 computers any of them did not recognized it, my CD either. Have you solved?
There are many versions of this software. I have struggled until I find it
