Good job at saying Elevator instead of lift guys well done 👍🏻 I’m Filipino but living here in Australia now for quite a bit I never say Elevator anymore and call it lift 😆
Just realised that that was the house that Will Dasovich, with his mum and their nanny went look at for their living but they end up with a luxurious penthouse
Very well thought-out concept for a modern house. Superb quality of materials especially the B&Ts. Four Wows! What I like most about the McKinley village is the fact that all houses have DIFFERENT design. They are NOT identical, unlike in Manchester where John's cousins live: all identical. There was a time we got confused which house when we knocked on the door of a neighbor, hahaha. Thanks for another delightful house tour! Well presented.
You're a natural. I love your accent and how you featured the house. Make sure you ask for commission for every home you sell. It's a common practice in the Philippines. New subscriber here :)
Nice village but I hope there's more trees in between houses... I'm disappointed with bathroom again. Because for me, a luxurious house should always have a dramatic master bedroom with Jacuzzi. And it should also have at least a plunge pool (bali inspired) somewhere on the rooftop since the lot area can't accommodate a full size pool. BECAUSE THIS HOUSE IS EXPENSIVE.. maybe not for the rich people.. :) But I understand, this kind of house is just an extra house for the rich people. They don't really live in areas like that, but usually in luxurious villages in Laguna and places with scenic view of the nature
Vlogger Wil Dasovich had been there before, he feature that in his last vlog because he is looking a house. He and his Mother like that house but is so expensive.
Can you show also some affordable houses. Bcs i think many foreigners cant affort these prices even in Europe. Most people buy houses like €300,000 till €700,000. These are only for very rich people.
Honestly, i think they put the covers over the faucets, because they dont want you to tough it because of corona. Taking of the cover and putting it back on wont matter to look at it i suppose.
The price is mostly the real estate, about 370,000 pesos per square meter, Mostly, there are no pool in that village because of the expensive lot, they are paying for the PRESTIGE of living there. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
6 cars? Puh. Rather have space for "Lastenfahrräder". And how about public transport in the Philippines? Have you tried it? Thank you for your continued effort to show interesting contents. Bless you. xx
Hi, mostly you are featuring a home that are for billionaires only hope someday you’ll feature a house and lot that is more affordable to people like 10M to 30M. Thanks...
Yes! Even though it’s fun to get a sneak peek into these luxury mansions, I would definitely love to see slightly more affordable homes featured on this channel too :)
If im gonna pay 125 million:, The property must have at least a swimming pool and a sprawling garden area. 2MUSD can already get you a luxurious suburban property in southern Califonia. Too much for the Philippines. That property’s price is probably bloated 3 folds
Please Lucy can you talk a bit slower me and my husband are having difficulty in following you.Don't always be in a hurry try to understand that some of your subscribers are not British. We love watching your vlogs try to speak like George.Thank you.
@@josevich bathtub ain't that popular here. My uncle also has a bathtub on his house. But I was just saying, that ain't popular here. So most houses expensive or not don't have bathtubs.
Now, that's a beautiful house but it's so expensive. Maybe it's time for me to work harder and smarter and to invent something. Maybe it's time for me to be an "Elon Musk" to afford a house like this.

More to come!

No wonder I felt like this was a replay. 🤔 I even had to check the date of this vlog but it’s posted just yesterday.

I love the contemporary design and yes, lots of space! Love the flooring, bathroom and kitchen materials they've used. Nice!👍

Impressive House.
Impressive Modern Design.
House of the Rich and famous.
Thank you George and Lucy.
God bless 🙏.
Thank you too
Wow beautiful place
i also keep shoeboxes, makes it easier to store/stack especially during change of seasons.
e.g. winter boots and summer sandals
Omg 😮
Wow
Such an elegant house indeed...🤩
Tray ceiling... The reverse/opposite of a drop ceiling.
With that price I can buy a farm with custom built home with a pool not far from metro Manila.
Imagine the maintenance cost of that thing!...and for 125M, it doesn't have a pool?!
Lucy and George the new Kirstie and Phil
Wow! I saw this on Wil's vlog and I loved this one but expensive haha

Saw this house many times from different vloggers
Hey Wil Dasovich time to colab Dude!
No collab kasi separate pay per vlog house tour
Vlogger Wil Dasovich had been there before, he feature that in his last vlog because he is looking a house.
He and his Mother like that house but is so expensive.
Go to North/South Forbes and Dasmarinas Village
beautiful house
Wow i like this 👌👌👌💯💯

I've watched that house at will dasovich's vlog with his mom. You're the best in demo though...
In Japan, a $2.5M house will only be around 200 square meter floor area
please collab with presello.. they have a wide range portfolio of properties
Bloopers.....more pls
That house is huge.
George is so funny!!!
My dream house.
nice house 😁👍🤗😍

not a fan of the stripe design on the floor
Nice House! lets say about more or less 50% additional cost for the interior design, furniture, car, etc...200 million? OK I'll send the check...
I would buy that house just for the elevator
expensive house... 🏡 I love livin there..must have a pool for a price..
For Php 120,000,000 the tiles used in the bathrooms are not impressive plus there's no pool. This property is too expensive.

cool guys!
Thanks for watching!
One would imagine that if you're able to afford a house like that, you would also be able to afford nicer spaces for your "helpers"...
This is actually much larger than the other Maid’s room I’ve seen other house tours. Yes they call it Maid’s rooms in the other real estate sites
Looks good but overpriced
If I won the Lotto maybe I can built or buy this type of house 😀
You cant. Not enough lol
6 cars? Puh. Rather have space for "Lastenfahrräder". And how about public transport in the Philippines? Have you tried it?

Second to watch ..
thank you, enjoy the tour!
Beautiful home but the downside is the neighbours can see your activities.
And here I am thinking that I can buy an expensive house when I retire. NOt
Exactly my type. So expensive tho. Haha

Wil Dasovich and Top Realty toured this house.🙂

Yea
Nice to see those fancy houses.. but reality, most Filipino people can’t even afford to buy a nipa hut!!
No pool and no bathtub for that price!
Place and elevator
Sucked frize

How is there no bathtub in a P125M house?! I live in Canada where all houses have bathtubs. It's simply a must
It's in the Philippines
@@jeongin006 not an excuse. I have family in PH with bathtubs. If you're going to have a house that expensive there had better be a jacuzzi

some luxurious houses have it. Maybe this design is going for minimalist 😄
Lucy you talk too fast during these house tours.
That's how Brits talk FYI
I'm so wretchedly poor... I can't afford this.... 😭😭😭😭
4th
thanks for watching!
Its boring to watch empty house tour. Haayz
These homes are unaffordable to most Filipinos. What is the purpose here
