I started playing Calamity a couple months back and only just got off the addiction.... Here I go again.

Ah, Calamity. I've good memories of this mod, from the boss design, to the themes, to the challenge.
But then I also beat Birth By Sleep on the hardest difficulty, and Elden Ring on its own, which was somewhat masochistic in its own right.
This definitely wasn't expected but a welcome one

Yes youre big streamer man, but your son comes first. So you just combine the two and play Calamity on stream so you can be your sons personal Wiki-Dad.

I was just watching your 1st Terraria playthrough after loving your 1.4 one years ago, excited to check this one out once the time comes!
Also, I'm WAY into learning all of the nuances of the base-game so it'll be a long time before I get into mods (I'm still learning even just focusing on the mage class as I have for basically forever), so I have a feeling I'm gonna have to spoil myself on Calamity here.

Oh no the boy is starting to eclipse the old man, soon he'll be kicking your ass at Mario Cart, It's like the family sitcoms where the kids starts beating the dad at sportball, in shows from the 80's with the responsible father figure the dad started to teach the son the skills needed to be a man, shaving, handyman skills etc or in the shows from the 00's with the goofy dad the old man started to have a midlife crisis and sabotaged the son believing his 12 year old was out to replace him.

its probably to late to say this but i really think you should of asked your son what world type he had (crimson/corruption) cause to be able to answer some of his questions your answer might change depending on what type he has i think. its been awhile sence i played calamity let alone terraria

Agree with you there, I watch cohhs videos to sometimes chill out or help sleep, way too many things going on the screen and now we have an AI voice over aswell, really not enjoyable to watch, still like his content though, just hope this is not a thing going forward with his stream
While I enjoyed the Elden Ring playthrough, I'm a bit burnt out on Elden Ring, its nice to see a bit of variety.
