How long does the finish last? Does it need to be recoated after several months of use?

Slightly depends on usage. If it's on a chopping board for example that's getting a lot of washing and scrubbing, you might see signs it needs topping up after 6 months or so. The great thing is it's an easy job to give things a top up. Light sand with a finishing pad, thin coat and wipe off excess.

Hi, once applied how long should i leave it in the workshop to minimise off gassing in the house?

TBH the fumes/smell of this hard wax oil are minimal despite being solvent based.

Can you apply this to recently stained wood ?

Hi there, do you know the stain that you used? Stains tend to come in two types. Some penetrate the wood and some create a film on top.

Hi I used Ronseal natural oak woodstain

That particular stain is film forming so the oil would just sit on top, so we would advise against it.
