I dig the new video production and I know it will develop as time goes on, but the amount of cuts, sounds and jumps is insanely annoying. This type of editing is more for the shorts. It’s not a mr beast audience. Unless the intended audience is 15 year olds, I feel it doesn’t fit the target demo. Not trying to be rude, just an opinion. I’ve been following Brandon for years and wish him even more success.
I get it, however this is the 'kind' of editing that youtube wants generally. The other OPTION I'm exploring is to keep the camera crew with me, rolling an entire 8 hour day, as we talk real estate/look at deals/work with people, and livestream it all un-interupted, in a way that people can ask questions...the exact opposite of high level cuts.
I agree. All the jumps to cut a second or two is very annoying to watch. A lot of the shots show his very own video people in the background walking around with cameras. That's where the editing should be.
What city/town is that $2,195/month located in? That seems like an awesome deal. My last apartment was $1800/month and a third or maybe a quarter of the size in Salt Lake City UT. Keep up the good work my man! That Live Laugh Love comment was hilarious 😂
@@wizkaqueefa9003 lots of basic jobs in the cinci area are $20+/hr. This is close to downtown, thus high prices. Can go 30-45m out and get a place for half price
@@InvestmentJoy Huh. Did it sit vacant for a while or get taken pretty quickly? Ppl all over are paying more monthly for apartments than a 3-Bdr home mortgage, but hey an Apt lease isn't 20-30 Years. Lol

Framing in new walls in front of the old plaster walls is such a good idea. I wish I knew about this awhile ago, but it will be useful in the future.

It's not an awesome deal for Ohio, where 80% of the Jobs pay under $15/Hour. Would be awesome if those prices were in L.A./NYC/Philly/large cities
