8:20 we use this test on our 3yo and 5yo daughters, if they claim to be hungry, we offer fresh/raw whole fruits/veggies that they would eat if truly hungry, and often times the answer is "no" when they initially said "I'm hungry...may I have some chips/cookie/cake/candy/[whatever hyper-palatable food]"
I needed this video!! I lost 125lbs between 2018 and 2019. And I've kept it off until the last year when I put back on 10-15lbs. I felt so guilty. I freaked out. So many people said I'd gain my weight back. I've struggled the last year, feeling like I'm failing. But as you said, I'm not. Just need to regroup. I don't feel good at the 10lb gain so I just need to chill and work to get it off. I know how to. Just need to do it, not be so analytical and paranoid. Just relax. I feel so much better. Going to favorite this video and watch it when I feel insecure or I'm doing something wrong next time
Exactly the same. I've gained... 8lbs? In the past year fer an 80lb loss. I didn't feel BAD about it, but I was counting it s loss of maintaining. This helped.
I feel this!!! I’ve lost 115 but put on 15 this year and struggled so much mentally with it. 8 lbs was even muscle gain.. I still couldn’t shake the worry of regaining everything
Dude. 60 lbs down over 18 months. Super proud of myself. Everyone asks “what are you doing” and jokingly say “this crazy thing where I eat less and move more…it’s really bullshit” 😂😂 But very true. My favorite part of the video was, this will not be the last time you need to lose weight. I truly appreciate that insight.
I love that you are promoting healthy weight loss by reinforcing that no food is off limits. I have lost weight slowly, but consistently by tracking/counting calories, but NOT restricting any food. If I want the pizza, I eat the fucking pizza. But, I usually don't since I know I CAN eat it. It was my game changer from years of yo-yo dieting.
I live in Australia, I’m 54 yrs old and I have struggled with weight Loss. You are the first person who has ever explained in detail what I need to do, and it’s working. I struggle from a mental hurdle and have often given up. I am more in control than ever. Thankyou.
Hey Jordan.....my name is Aditya love from India ....you have been a blessing in disguise to me because I have lost alot of weight before seeing your channel....had lost around 55 kgs of weight from 144kg to 85 kg .....but the main reason you have been a blessing to me is that you have taught me is that " you can't fuck up your progress" and this will help me sustain my fat loss .....thank you ..... really really thank you
Thank you so much for this video, I definitely needed to hear this. I've been struggling with binge eating my entire life and I've been working on my relationship with food for about 5 yrs now. I've lost 90lbs since I've started my journey but I still have issues with emotional eating. I've managed to keep my weight fluctuations within a 5lb range over this past year and I've felt sooo guilty every time the scale goes up! But I've been watching your videos lately and slowly learning that in hindsight, a 5lb fluctuation is actually amazing! I know as long as I keep working on my binge eating and don't give up I'll be ok 😊
Watching your mini-cut on IG Stories was so revolutionary for me - being able to see the weight fluctuations in real time, and witness someone not losing their shit over the scale going up… helped me really understand, on a visceral level, how consistency is they key to all of this. You’re such an asset to the world of health and fitness! Thank you.
Great message. Love that you asked “would a taller guy who is driven get labeled with Napoleon complex?” Women who are driven often get labeled with names that are unkind when a man with similar traits is praised. Words matter. Thanks for sharing so transparently.
I think most people (myself included) think eating in a calorie deficit as something you do for a period of time then you’re done. So if you can race to the finish and get to your goal weight you can relax and go back to eating how you used to eat, but maybe in smaller portions. I’ve been listening to your podcasts and it has REALLY helped me with having foods in my pantry that I used to not be comfortable with being in my home and it has helped to shift my mindset about how to eat in a calorie deficit and at maintenance. I appreciate you saying that this is a lifelong thing and we are always white belts. Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing your insecurities. I’ve always operated under the premise that you don’t comment on anything that is out of a person’s control (e.g. height, shape, skin, any visible or audible health issues, etc.). Whenever I hear stuff like what you described about being told you appear tiny in person always blows my mind. Like you said, she most likely didn’t mean it in a negative way, she just didn’t filter herself or think about what her words were conveying, but it still kind of blows my mind.
So… I’m on a pretty aggressive weight loss (cut) for a competition right now. I haven’t done this in forever and this video was exactly what I needed. Tracking meticulously. Hitting my calories. But the weight fluctuations stay constant, and that’s normal (thanks J). Hit a new low weight just two days after spiking all the way back up to my starting weight. Been doing this fitness thing for 9 years and it’s still easy to get in my head - patience and trust in the process is everything! White belt for life.
Oh my gosh, Jordan! The ending where you talked about your insecurities and being short had me crying. Thank you for being so open and honest. You seem to have a really healthy perspective on it at this point. It’s pretty amazing.
The apple test and 1 big ass salad a day is underrated advice.....it helped me a lot on managing my hunger throughout the day.... thanks Jordan and keep up with good content
Started listening to Jordan and Susan a month ago and just started to binge the YT content. The mini-cut stories have been amazing, so helpful to not give up with scale!
Really appreciated the explanation between yoyo dieting and maintenance.... Actually made me realize that I am just at the higher end of my maintenance. Time to do a cut
You make more sense about how to live a healthier lifestyle than anyone I've ever listened to. I'm 65, and have tried more ways than I care to remember. My mindset was "the more restrictive, the better". I've had short time successes, but never long-term. I've been following you for about 3 months or so. My perspective is taking a shift on how I eat, how much I really need to exercise, and how to take the fear out of dropping the overly-restrictive lifestyle that wasn't working for me. My weight is slowly decreasing, and my energy and sense of well-being is increasing. Thank you for sharing your balanced approach. It works!
The end of this! ❤️ I’m 5 foot 2 and still have people make fun of my height. I’m learning to embrace my height and my thick thighs as strong legs instead. Yup I’m short, get over it like I have!
Wow that's crazy. I'm south Asian and 5 foot 3 for a woman is considered tall. I'm 5 foot 2 and sometimes get called names for being short by my mom. Who's shorter than me lol. My friends who are 5 feet tall or less get harrased a lot more than me
Slow and steady for me! Making small sustainable changes and pushing myself out of my comfort zone with the discovery of a new sport. I am not quite at the maintenance stage yet, but I allow myself a maintenance week if life gets crazy….like when your accelerator won’t release and you drive through your garage door. 🙄 Your videos and podcasts are a daily part of my routine! Thanks for keeping it simple.
I just found your channel and your answer to the question about your insecurities was so touching! My boyfriend started balding pretty young as well, and he absolutely struggles that. I like to joke with him that the universe had to give him at least one struggle, or he would be too powerful 😂 Even your insecurities shape who you are, and I wonder if you have the humility that someone who hasn’t struggled with similar things wouldn’t have!
Thanks so much for this video. I really enjoy your no-BS talks and simple, smart rules. Because of you, I just don't stress over "just a pound of weight loss." I celebrate that I LOST A POUND!!! And I move my body for the sake of my mental health, not weight loss as the ultimate end goal. THANK YOU!!!
I know you’ve already picked the winners but I wanted to comment anyway 😂 I really appreciate your moderate positions on dieting and fitness. I actually love your system for maintaining to allow life to just happen. I’m a long way out of long term maintenance but it’s nice to see a plan that doesn’t argue that any gaining means you haven’t found your right weight yet. And I love how you encourage life even in a deficit. I’m just getting past four months of exploring the Intuitive Eating movement and I just can’t get on board with all their arguments or the IG influencers that pretend all the eat is ice cream and donuts all the time to maintain a smaller body.
I do "weight maintenance" very similar to you. I have about a 10-15 lb range (usually around 170-180) and I do quick cuts every year or two and then gradually gain it back with great life balance. I've cut for 10 weeks out of the last 3 years and a few months, and just now starting my next one.
I am currently 19lbs down and feeling great. I love walking and have recently started STEP aerobics which is great fun. For the first time ever, im enjoying the process . Loving the videos x
First thing first, I'm a new subscriber and I love your videos! And secondly, as a woman, if you ask me, those women in your past who passed on you because of your height, well its their loss if you ask me and no its not because you are successful now. I don't know you personally but I love your personality and your sense of humour and you seem like a good kind hearted person, husband and father and that trumps anything more in this life than anything else. Your wife is lucky and blessed to have you!
Jordan thanks for the great information and for being vulnerable. I am also a short girl, but well, lets say petite and its sociably accepted. All my life was dating taller guys because what you said, "tall man blabla bla", to be honest is fucking unconfortable. I finally let go, I am now engaged with a "shorter" wonderful man and life is much better, we can properly embrace, dont wear hills anymore its amazing! Keep going and congrats for your baby
I’ve been on the “I gotta lose weight” train from a young age. Pediatric obesity, adolescent obesity, into adulthood obesity and morbid obesity. I finally got my shit in line (still a work in progress) and have lost over 100 lbs in 2 years. I finally hit a point I needed to go into maintenance and even a little bit of a bulk, I really struggled. Lost control a couple times. But am now about to enter another cut, so I really appreciate this video and watched the whole thing. Learned a lot. Always appreciate your wisdom and knowledge:)
As a fellow PT and online coach who's been doing this for 4 years now, I appreciate you Jordan! This felt like a podcast and 41 minutes flew by, kee up the awesome work, both to trainers and trainees
I just want to say THANK YOU a hundred times!! The bit that talks about weight fluctuations, i needed to hear that so bad right now. I have lost 80 lbs in the past two and a half years, and I'm still trying to lose 50 more. During this whole journey and especially right now i ve struggled with discouragement over the scale fluctuations.
I think this most helpful for me when you mentioned that actual maintenance doesn’t mean you stay the exact same weight all the time. I’m about 10lbs up from my most comfortable weight, jeans are a little tight, but I’m not ready to be in a calorie deficit yet. I’ve successfully maintained (within about 2-3lbs) the same weight for almost 9 months and my coach and I are working to increase my calories (chronic dieter over here). I think that taking the shame away from the number on the scale is truly the key to success in fat loss or recomp. The last time I was 145lbs, I looked completely different than I do now (I’m leaner now and I feel much better). So I think those gentle reminders are always so great in your videos.
thank you jordan! this really helped me finally internalizing what i thought, but was insecure about - it IS a lifetime journey. great content! lots of greets :D
This was a very helpful video. Keto Chaos suggested it on her community page. I understand what you are saying about height. I’ve noticed how poorly shorter men are treated, doesn’t matter how handsome, physical fit, or smart etc they are. People say the oddest things. I’ve always had a thin face/neck and larger upper body, I’ve lost a lot of weight during the pandemic and people who never met me in person before (and thus hadn’t seen my entire body) have said “you’re much bigger than I thought you’d be!”😂 The surgery you preference was designed for persons with specific types dwarfism (to make daily living tasks easier), not just for people who desire to be taller.
I just discovered your videos and I must say, I’m impressed. Not that others don’t have great information and insights but I really understand what you’re saying. Thanks for your knowledge and explanations. I really like how you explain the why behind the what, kudos! 🎉
I wish I followed you after my first 100 pound weight loss; which albeit I did unsustainably, but I didnt realize the work that goes into maintaining it!
Heyo! I’m going to be having a chat with you today on this very subject Jordan, how I’ve lost 100lbs and have kept it off for over a year and how I decide where I go from here for further fat loss progress! Coincidental timing!
Talking about insecurities, I feel I have to share this: I'm 6'2", so, pretty tall... I've always felt super insecure about it (YES, you read that right). I hate almost always being the tallest one in the room. I've developed poor posture habits partly because of that. Recently (I'm 34) my wife has really helped me with this, and so has my kickboxing coach. "Just own who you are, you're OK". Those words really helped me and I try to say them to myself. It really helps. Just saying (I know this will prob sound super corny but I really do think it's true)... we typically want what other people have. Just learn to be OK with who you are! True ones will love you exactly for who you are. Also, thanks for opening up and sharing your truth Jordan! Love you :D
I regain and lose in cycles too - it’s nice to hear this is a shared experience with other people who are learning to maintain. Each time I have a regain cycle I know it will happen so I try to aim for a little less fat regain and a little more muscle gain and a little better knowledge around my own pitfalls … always a work in progress!
Really important to have faith in the process and stay consistent. The scale is pretty unhelpful. I’ve derailed so many diets because of a 2 lb gain that was due to food, water or needing a bowel movement.
1 time 2 times a million times and still trying to fine tune my weightloss, it has been an interesting journey because up until last year seems I've understood what works for me and what doesn't, and it really feels that this is where my journey begins. I Lost 30 lbs last year and working towards losing 50 more 😀. Thanks for this video!
I used to be that person that was super dialed in. I still am, I still count and exercise the same as when I started maintaining, but the weight has crept up ever so slightly with some huge work stress and burnout. This vide helps a lot with some clarity and calm. I'm still not comfortable, years of beating yourself up are hard to shake, but the IC helps a ton!
This has been so helpful. Maintaining is harder than a deficit. You’re one cut a year and the rest of the year maintaining or gaining a bit is piece of the puzzle I have been missing. Thank you for sharing
Thanks, Jordan! I am loving all your amazing content. Back in 2013 I lost 75lbs after the birth of my daughter. More recently I am struggling to lose the baby weight (my baby will be 1 in April 2023). I have fallen into the cycle of hitting it hard with my workouts, being super strict with my eating, then getting frustrated because I didn't lose 20lbs in 2 weeks, so I throw in the towel with both! Thanks to your advice I am taking it back to what I know works: eating in a calorie deficit, drinking water, walking, doing my favorite strength training workout DVDs, and trusting the process!!
StepBets helped me maintain for several years. I quit doing them in 2022 and gained 40 lbs. Now I’m using a free habit tracker to make sure I reach 80% on my habits. I add a new nutrition and exercise habit with each month, in addition to the previous habits. It’s been working really well.
Thank you so much for this video! I always felt that there was something wrong with me occasionally gaining weight and then needing to lower cals to get the weight off. ❤❤
Maintenance of more than a year has always eluded me. I'm on a cut now to lose 30lbs by this time next year. I really like your method of doing a cut for 8 weeks or so and relaxing for the rest. Thank you!
Before I found you in 2016, it seemed like the only answer to losing weight was hours of cardio and sweat belts. Thank goodness those days are over. You keep it simple, comprehensive, and you stick with the facts. You're a godsend!
I learned so much watching your mini cut. I started 4 years ago I started a healthy lifestyle and I am down 90 pounds but have had 2 years of surgeries and lock downs so it went to back burner. So now 70 down and saw your cut and I am just staying consistent and learning more balance. Down the 20 and still have at least 50 more to lose. The difference is my mind gets it now so Thank You!!
I’m so glad I caught this video. The big, huge take away for me here is that the scale number didn’t change for you for…was it almost two weeks?!…, this has been my dautnting experience, but I’m inspired now to persevere. I’ve been following you 😊n Instagram for a few years (my teenage son, at the time said I would love you, and he was right!) I’m now subscribed on you tube effective today (idk why I waited🤷🏻♀️)! I’ve been very frustrated with weight loss over the last year or two…I’m 51, 5’3”& weigh 157 lbs., & yes, I would love to try for a shot at your inner circle. I used to be able to say I maintained a size 8 for most of my life, and was proud that I felt I knew how to regulate within 10 lbs or so…, until recently. Because of my age, I decided to meet with a nutritionist in training who said she thought I must be starving myself, and that’s why I’m not only not able to loose weight, but gaining steadily…. This just doesn’t resonate for me. My gut feeling (lol, no pun intended), is that age, a significantly stress filled year and relatively new, work-from- home sedentary lifestyle are having a triple effect on my challenge. Thanks for all you do! (And for sharing pictures of your life, your beautiful wife and baby girl💗… relatable, open, secure, generous…..
Super helpful! I had sort of given up because I always gain back - never occurred to me that this is normal and an ongoing thing. Makes me definitely want to get back at it.
Figuring it out and maintaining my weight for over a year and increasing strength and fitness without excessive tracking or obsession is my biggest win to date. Eight years into this, always keeping a beginner's mentality. Thanks for all the great info and real talk!
I really needed to hear this. This year I’m working on consistency. Consistency with my nutrition and strength training. Thank you for always sharing your knowledge on fitness, nutrition and living a healthy and realistic lifestyle!
Thank you for this video. Your comments that losing weight won’t be a one and done situation resonates so much with me. I wish I had known that sooner because the shame I felt as the pounds came back on was massive. I am so appreciative of all you share. Thank you!
Great advice on how you maintain. The concept of cutting for 8 weeks, then living life the rest of the year is sweet. Gonna have to give this some consideration. I may find for myself I'd be more locked in like Susan! Thanks for the information!!
Love this! So many things I needed to hear! Apple test is brilliant! This time around I’ve been refocusing myself onto the truth of this is for life. I feel less time pressure to lose.
Old Abe is very cute! Very informative as always :) The bit about people in Europe (like me) thinking about changing to poinds instead of Kg, I have thought about it so many times because it seems so slow at times. when you see the 10 pounds, it looks better than 4.5kg lol, it's a bigger number and mentally that makes it look like it's working since it's a "bigger" change.
I love this so much. Literally every tip here has brought me down over 30 pounds so far. Even though I am scared of the maintenance for the first time in my life, I am also really excited because I have the tools to succeed in it.
Love all your videos! It is helpful to learn how easy you approach cut and then maintenance. I had ED for 11 years, now I'm better but I'm terrified to fall back... so I avoid cuts... when I need to lose a couple of pounds I do mini deficits but I'm still try to find out what works for me.... your book was really helpful ❤️
I needed this video, I’ve lost the weight before and it’s started to creep back up and now I’m about 15 lbs up and working to get it back down again. This was so much help!!
Love that you break everything down in a way that doesn’t feel so intimidating. I’m in the first real phase of my life, mid 30s, when weight gain became real. Post pandemic, acclimating to a new job, etc. I’ll be looking forward to your new videos, and luckily, have the archives to watch too! Thanks for all that you do.
Really enjoy this video about maintenance. I used to think that I had to be constantly in caloric deficit to see results and I was miserable. Then I started analysing my calorie intake, weight and my lifestyle and things began to make sense. It's exactly like you said here and in your IG stories. I noticed the spikes and fluctuations and it blew me away. It took me years to figure out that sweet spot, where I don't feel restrictive and can still train and recover very well, and it's sustainable. I can't tell you how liberating that feels. ❤️
Thanks! Really great content. The part that hit me and was so encouraging was that this isn’t the last time I’ll work on losing weight and that’s normal.
Just watching your video after seeing your IG stories - I realise I’ve been doing the same thing! Every Jan I do a mini cut - this time it’s 3kg as I noticed my waistbands getting tight. I’m Australian but live in hot, sweaty Singapore where it’s summer all year round (near the equator) those extra 3-6 kgs can make life very uncomfortable. Love your content!
Hi. I’m from the philippines and follow your tips on fitness as much as I can. Z2 cardio has helped so much I’m unable to lose (not loose) the last 5lbs. I do think I’m in a calorie deficit (hope so) Just wanted to say thank you. You’re the best
Thank you, Jordan. Thank you so much for what you do. I really resonated with the advice you gave about the first cut. I REALLY needed to hear that. I am so dang grateful for your content. You’re awesome, brother.
Love this video so much. Just what i needed! I am 5’0” and I am not insecure about it. I think is is because I am a woman. My oldest son is 5’4” and both of his younger brothers are taller than him. I know he is insecure about it. I try to get him to focus on what he can control. He is very strong and did well powerlifting. I always tell him your height is the least interesting thing about you and you have zero control over it. I will admit sometimes being short is fucking annoying. Can’t reach stuff, feet don’t touch the ground is seats . Luckily I have a tall husband and kids to help me!
Great video! Consistency is definitely key. Very great insight, especially love the idea of taking the word ONLY out of my vernacular. Only is very limiting and takes away from my progress.
What an incredible message Jordan! It took me many years to figure out what you explained so clearly regarding weight maintenance/fluctuation. I tend to be more like the style of Susan in keeping myself within a 2-3 lb range, but it requires sacrificing things like alcohol regularly, which at this point in my life are not a big deal. That would have been a hard pass when I was younger! Consistency wins over perfection in the long run, always. P.S. I believe that having quality people in my life and a spiritual practice is very important for my overall health. I would love for you to do a video on the impact of relationships and spirituality on physical health/longevity. Thank you for everything!
Thanks you so much for all of these videos! I'm 16 and I've recently embarked on a mini cut aiming to lose body fat and approximately 10 pounds. However, right off the bat I stagnated for 5 days and even agained one or two kilos, rendering me extremely despair. I've always had mental issues such as CODE and newly developed seasonal depression, which made it hard for me to do anything. But then I found your videos explaining the fluctuation of weight during a cut phase. It was like the flicker of tinder that ignited in complete abysmal darkness. I was able to allow myself more rest and take it more easily. As of now, it had been 2 weeks since I started cutting and I have reduced my weight by 2 pounds. Thank you so much for the support and sharing of experience. This could be one of the most valuable things that many of us beginners don't realize we need. ❤

Love your "no bullshit" approach to health and fitness. There's a lot of confusing content out there. Thanks for being real! 🙌

Maintenance has always been an issue for me. Thanks for the info 😊
Really appreciated the explanation between yoyo dieting and maintenance.... Actually made me realize that I am just at the higher end of my maintenance. Time to do a cut
Loved your video. Lost 65 lbs and kept it off a year.Struggling to lose 5 and your video really helped!
My friends who are 5 feet tall or less get harrased a lot more than me
The idea of being okay with gradual minor weight gain is a very freeing concept to me. ❤
Your videos and podcasts are a daily part of my routine!
25:39
This hits different because I’m 18 right now.
How's it going, Sarah?
This is all such great “real world” advice that I needed to hear.
I’ve always had a thin face/neck and larger upper body, I’ve lost a lot of weight during the pandemic and people who never met me in person before (and thus hadn’t seen my entire body) have said “you’re much bigger than I thought you’d be!”😂
The surgery you preference was designed for persons with specific types dwarfism (to make daily living tasks easier), not just for people who desire to be taller.
I needed this. Thank you for helping me to get into a better headspace about food and weight loss. You're a great human ❤👏🏼
I love how vulnerable you were! It makes your content so much more relatable and relevant for everyone. Keep doing what you do!
Talking about insecurities, I feel I have to share this:
I'm 6'2", so, pretty tall...
Love you :D
Thanks so much for your honesty regarding your last question
I regain and lose in cycles too - it’s nice to hear this is a shared experience with other people who are learning to maintain. Each time I have a regain cycle I know it will happen so I try to aim for a little less fat regain and a little more muscle gain and a little better knowledge around my own pitfalls … always a work in progress!
Really important to have faith in the process and stay consistent. The scale is pretty unhelpful. I’ve derailed so many diets because of a 2 lb gain that was due to food, water or needing a bowel movement.
I definitely needed this! I’ve been stuck in the cycle of losing weight and gaining it back for far too long. Thank you for this video! 😊
You’re always so kind in your approach. Love it!
Another really helpful video. Just when I think I’ve heard it all you always manage to give new information or a fresh perspective
I loved this video and always enjoy your content ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Looking good! Great advice and information. Thank you!
I like your talk about insecurities and your “short” story about yourself. One of the reasons I follow you is you keep it real.
Matt D'Avella introduced me to you some years ago when he did an experiment counting calories, and i am happy to say i've learnt so much from you
Thanks, Jordan!
This video felt like a virtual hug🫂 thank you for sharing!!
StepBets helped me maintain for several years. I quit doing them in 2022 and gained 40 lbs. Now I’m using a free habit tracker to make sure I reach 80% on my habits. I add a new nutrition and exercise habit with each month, in addition to the previous habits. It’s been working really well.
Very honest. Great content to learn from.
Thank you so much for this video! I always felt that there was something wrong with me occasionally gaining weight and then needing to lower cals to get the weight off. ❤❤
34:10 🤣 🤣 🤣 " Nice to meet you. So how much do you weigh?"
Thank you! I've been waiting for a video about maintenance!
Thank you!
Love all your advice
The idea that there is no finish line and this isn’t the last time I’ll ever lose weight is huge. Thanks for your insight!
Oh so this is normal! Thank you so much - I've been feeling guilty about the weight creeping back on so this is so helpful for my mindset.
This was fabulous in so many ways. I really loved this discussion. Thank you!
Love 💕 Love 💕 Love 💕 your info! Thank you 😊
Z2 cardio has helped so much
I’m unable to lose (not loose) the last 5lbs. I do think I’m in a calorie deficit (hope so)
Just wanted to say thank you. You’re the best
Thanks for the long video, I lost track of time on the treadmill.
I love how candid you are with you insecurities. ❤
I loved this video! I especially liked the end when you reminded me that it’s a journey, you’re going to gain and lose and figure it out. ❤
This video is exactly what I needed to hear as I have slowly gained back 10 pounds that I had previously lost. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!!❤
Was going to listen while I jogged, looked at my screen and saw Abe, shut it off to watch at home! Great info too!
Bingo! New subscriber. Thanx Jordan for all the common sense info. Keep it coming. Your baby is precious. Many thanx from Boston
Thanks so much for this video - got so much from this from a maintenance perspective and loved seeing your daughter in it! She is beautiful!
