    They are called Weggli here in Switzerland and recepie is very similar, before baking we glaze them with egg yollk, not with flour.

      Pão Branco da Heidi em Estilo Japonês
      farinha de pão 300g / 2,1 / 8cup
      sal 5g / 1 colher de chá
      leite fresco 180ml + -
      açúcar refinado 30g / 1 / 8cup
      fermento instantâneo 3g / 1tsp
      manteiga sem sal 15g / 1Tbsp
      Asse em forno a 180 ° C por 10-12 minutos

    Hello, I just wanted to confirm how many portions to seperate the dough into? The caption in the video said divide into 12 but the actual video only divided into 6. I'm worried it will change the baking time if the bread roll size is different... thank you

    Zwei deiner Brte habe ich irgendwie nicht so gut hinbekommen ob es an unserem Mehl liegt ,ob ich was falsch gemacht hab ich verstehe es nicht da ich die auch schon mal gebacken hab, nach leider weiß ich nicht woran es lag aber ich kann nur sagen das Geschmacklich die so wie einige deiner brötchen super lecker sind

      你好,以2擋揉至麵糰成團讓麵糰休息15分鐘,再以2擋揉至麵糰表面光滑即可,用的是室溫牛奶

    Hi, it takes a long time for me (more than an hr) to get that kind of dough consistency after kneading :( is there any reason that im doing something wrong or is the dough still alright even if it doesnt turn out like yours?

      Hi, grams is based on weight and teaspoon is based on volume. Each ingredient have different densities the volume is going to be different, if there are discrepancies suggested in grams

    Apron用的是哪个牌子的高筋面粉啊?怎么发酵后面团可以这么松软的?按压排气时还能听到面团里气泡破灭的声音,我的没有这么好的效果啊!是不是跟发酵时间不够长有关系啊?

      你好,麵包發酵溫度一般要求為28℃~32℃之間,通常在室溫下就可完成,即使溫度不夠可以通過延長發酵時間也可以達到

      @@Apronyoutube 是不是用手指对准面团戳一个洞,如果不回缩就说明发酵成功了?我试过这种方法,确实不回缩,但是扒开面团却看不到特别明显的蜂窝,请问这是不是表示发酵得还不够?还要再继续发酵下去直到出现蜂窝?

    老師,我在打粉團途中打粉團器壞了,沒有辦法之下我要自己揉粉團,但當取出未打好的粉團,發現很乾,那時還未可以放牛油,我揉了差不多30分鐘,才把乾身的粉團稍為揉好,但發現粉團表面無論怎樣揉也不光滑,所以我只好放牛油,之後再加多一點點的牛奶,情況好像好了一點,但還是不太光滑,這是否跟我放酵母在牛奶及糖中時間太長,大概30分鐘(因突然途中有急事要辦)而令粉團變得太乾?不知道最後能否成功😔😔😔我的雙手快要累死😌😌😌
