老師,我在打粉團途中打粉團器壞了,沒有辦法之下我要自己揉粉團,但當取出未打好的粉團,發現很乾,那時還未可以放牛油,我揉了差不多30分鐘,才把乾身的粉團稍為揉好,但發現粉團表面無論怎樣揉也不光滑,所以我只好放牛油,之後再加多一點點的牛奶,情況好像好了一點,但還是不太光滑,這是否跟我放酵母在牛奶及糖中時間太長,大概30分鐘(因突然途中有急事要辦)而令粉團變得太乾?不知道最後能否成功😔😔😔我的雙手快要累死😌😌😌
