That seasoning blend would be great as a stand alone rub on some ribs ( i would think )...
Thinking about ordering some products from them... I noticed some of the seasonings comes in two different sizes & others don't... I wish the bbq general seasoning blend you was using came in the large container..
I bet with the candied jalapeno wing sauce mixed with your personal bbq sauce would be tasty as a glaze on some ribs....Keep up with the amazing videos Joe...👍✌️

It is college football Saturday as I comment. So a jumbo batch of wings will be prepared. I'm thinking a lot of Joe's viewers know all the ways to make wings besides a deep fryer. The air fryer is incredible. For the record, the chicken setting if you use it on mine is 400 degrees. The Weber Kettle and the vortex in the middle makes great crispy wings. Even my newer WSM. But when you use it as designed, it is about 2 hours, not the 30-40 minutes.

One of the best sauces I have ever made for smoked wings was a few pats of butter and some worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Add wings and toss to coat. The same day, I also tried killing what was left in my bottle of Habanero Tabasco with a few pats of butter in a bowl for the other half of the wings. OMG was that hot. I ate all of them, though. But damn. Hot.

I tried all the tricks and none of them worked. This worked. I set my Camp Chef for 380 degrees, hit the wings with salt, pepper and garlic power and put them on for one hour. I will add a smoke tube next time. Even at low temperatures the Camp Chef gives very little smoke favor.
