That seasoning blend would be great as a stand alone rub on some ribs ( i would think )... Thinking about ordering some products from them... I noticed some of the seasonings comes in two different sizes & others don't... I wish the bbq general seasoning blend you was using came in the large container.. I bet with the candied jalapeno wing sauce mixed with your personal bbq sauce would be tasty as a glaze on some ribs....Keep up with the amazing videos Joe...👍✌️
It is college football Saturday as I comment. So a jumbo batch of wings will be prepared. I'm thinking a lot of Joe's viewers know all the ways to make wings besides a deep fryer. The air fryer is incredible. For the record, the chicken setting if you use it on mine is 400 degrees. The Weber Kettle and the vortex in the middle makes great crispy wings. Even my newer WSM. But when you use it as designed, it is about 2 hours, not the 30-40 minutes.
So nice to see you Joe!! 👏🏻Great looking and sounding wings!! Def gonna do that method next time I make some. I drooled when I heard your description of the sauces…love the heat creeps up on you!!🤣 Great job young man!!👏🏻❤️🔥🫶🏻💃🏼
Excellent Video as always... "Hello Neighbor" ...from Southeastern New Mexico (US). Question.. Do you still like this Smoker the best? I am still looking for a Off-set Smoker... This one looks really good... Where did you buy this Smoker?
@@SmokinJoesPitBBQif my pellet smoker only does 350 or 400, which should I choose? It does have a smaller top rack in addition to the main grate. Thanks for the help!
Well Mr. Joe, I gave these a shot tonight. I have a Treager, so the cooking temp was a bit off. But at cooks end, they were amazing!!!! We used Blues Hogg Raspberry Chipotle sauce. Thanks for the PRO tip!!!!
One of the best sauces I have ever made for smoked wings was a few pats of butter and some worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Add wings and toss to coat. The same day, I also tried killing what was left in my bottle of Habanero Tabasco with a few pats of butter in a bowl for the other half of the wings. OMG was that hot. I ate all of them, though. But damn. Hot.
I tried all the tricks and none of them worked. This worked. I set my Camp Chef for 380 degrees, hit the wings with salt, pepper and garlic power and put them on for one hour. I will add a smoke tube next time. Even at low temperatures the Camp Chef gives very little smoke favor.
Damn good looking wings Joe and I'm not even gonna mention how you looked like a pro getting that meat off the bone, I'm above such childish things...LOL
I don't want to do all that prep just to make dinner. It's not worth the trouble even if it works. 375 it's very hot but good enough to cook it well, and roasted chicken has always been crispy!
"Humane" wings! 😅😅😅😅😅 We delicately removed these wings from these chickens and let them go to live their best lives. Until we needed to do a spatchcock video.
That's what pays the bills. If you want to start sending me a monthly check to cover my cost, I'll stop promoting. Until then, sit back, chill out and enjoy the ride.
Actually, leaving them in the fridge overnight is legit (even a few hours help). I also run my kettle way above 350. I pretty much leave all vents open with a vortex in the middle and let it ride. They come out great every time.

Looks good. Every time I see a wing video I end up going to the store and grilling and smoking a mess of wings.
Wings are so good. 👍 Thanks for watching
"The secret is... There is no secret!" Damn, I love it. So often we make things more complex than it needs to be. Thanks, Joe!
Great job like always Joe, great info for sure.
Thank you Arnie! Saludos amigo. 🤘
So glad I found this video, thanks so much. Been smoking for a few months, I finally have crispy skin on the wings.
You are my go to now.

I am still looking for a Off-set Smoker...
This one looks really good...
Where did you buy this Smoker?
My favorite part of each video is watching Joe eat LOL!!!
Mine too. 😁
Love your videos. They always make me salivate 😊
Thank you so much for watching 👍
Wait a new video from Joe about crispy chicken wings????? You have my attention sir.
I appreciate you watching 👍
Looks great brother, as always. Great to see another recipe video!
Even after you dipped the wings in the sauce, the crunch is still there. Nice looking chicken wings. Cheers, Joe! 👍🏻👍🏻✌️
Thanks for watching Dwayne 🤘
Hey buddy I can't thank you enough great job.. my wife even loves them
now I am craving beer...thanks Joe!
Yeah buddy!🤘
Never smoked wings whole. Always cut off tip and split. Will try Joe’s method. 😊
Great looking batch of wings Joe. Did you take an internal temperature? Maybe I missed it.
No I didn't. There are literally 2 things I never check the internal temp in, burgers & wings. 👍
I have an electric smoker that builds up to temp over the set time. What would you suggest that I set the time for a 375 temp to make them crispy?
Yes sir. Just monitor the temperature. 👍
@@SmokinJoesPitBBQ Set 375 for 45 minutes! 😉😋
Great. Greetings from Germany!
I will be trying this tonight during the Yankees and Dodgers baseball game! Mmmmmmmmm!
Do you like your Lone Star pellet smoker better than the Yoder?
No...I love it!🤘
@@SmokinJoesPitBBQ I’m on the fence which to buy.
@LoggerheadsBBQ I would recommend Lone Star.
@@SmokinJoesPitBBQ thanks
Would this work to crisp up other chicken cuts? Legs, thighs, quarters, etc.?
Absolutely. Dame exact process 👍
Doing some legs tomorrow. Thanks!

Hi, when he talks about temperature, is it meant in Celsius or Fahrenheit? Does someone know that :O
Always Fahrenheit
@@SmokinJoesPitBBQ Thank you for the answer 🙂

Is it the same temp for my traeger pro 780 and i notice u have a higher grill tray then mine
You the man!!! Great job!!!!
Hi, dumb question but are you the owner of the smoking joes out there in Fabens TX?
No I'm not. He was using my name which we talked about. Unfortunately the old mad passed a few months back so it closed.
Thanks for this !
Great job Joe. People are really over complcating wings.
Yeah buddy, gotta keep it simple. 🤘
Got to try these!!!
I wish the shipping charges to Canada weren’t so extreme for the PS seasoning sauces. Ugh. Shipping was $51 to Canada. 😢

Screw the wings. LETS GET IN THAT POOL👍👍👍
I actually said that when I was cooking the wings. 🤣👍

This is the way eat chikkun wings! We work so hard to get a nice crispy skin and then we toss em sauce which turns it back to soggy 😭😁
Yeah buddy. Best of both worlds doing it this way. 👍
Joe, that's why grain-fed cattle taste so good. Same principle.
"Humane" wings! 😅😅😅😅😅 We delicately removed these wings from these chickens and let them go to live their best lives. Until we needed to do a spatchcock video.
The chickens were under anesthesia 😁
Plant based?
🔥
They would be even more crispy if they were named first..makes beef more tender too
That's hilarious. Let's start with Ethel.
Lmfao 🥰 perfect
the secret is baking powder mix in the rub
🤩🤩🤩
I swear by the cornstarch method.
Joe…free range chickens are just giant feed houses packed chest to chest. Pasture raised is what you think you’re buying and it’s not.

The secret to crispy chicken wings is baking powder. Don’t need to l crank the temperature
double fry them like korean fried chicken
375 for 45min?
Correct
U literally took out 3 wings, i wonder how much that cost per pack
Fork don't lie!
🇺🇸 🐥
These are grilled wings, not smoked. Keep it real.
So we're totally going to ignore the smoke being released by the burning pellets? Come on man, keep it real!
@@SmokinJoesPitBBQ Sorry. Imma go smoke a steak at 500 degrees and grill a brisket at 250 🙄
