sir, is there any way to find new submitted country-specific protein sequences in NCBI?

    • @Prof.Dr.MuhammadNaveed

Best way to find accession number or PDB ID from articles of specific region then get protein sequence form NCBI or PDB

@@Prof.Dr.MuhammadNaveed sir another problem I am facing, sir I download whole genome sequence from GSAID and translate it into protein by Expasy. When I try to align the translated sequences with my saved surface protein sequences by MEGA X, there I faces the problem, I cannot align this with my saved sequences. How can I solve this problem? IT is noted that there no accession number I found from the translated sequences by expasy.

Only possibility to align by blast but don't know exactly for large sequence
