Hi Valentina do you mind going to the process of measuring? Im trying to do it more effortlessly but I get so confused with measuring every single thing
Hi ! Tracking your calorie and macro intake for 3-4 weeks can provide valuable insights. While not necessary forever, it can help you understand your nutritional needs. Apps like "FatSecret" can make tracking easier (and is free too). If you prefer a more hands-on approach, using your hand as a guide can be helpful. While less precise, it's a great starting point. Your entire hand can approximate a protein serving. If you're still hungry after 1 or 2 hours, consider increasing your protein intake (so you don’t have food or sweet cravings and try to add your favorite source of protein in every meal you have during the day). A fist can estimate a serving of carbohydrates. Experiment to see how different carbs affect you. If you feel sleepy or tired after eating them decreased their quantity (just little bit of what you normally have) and add more fibrous carbs like vegetables and salads to stay fuller longer and avoid feeling sleepy. The tip of a thumb is equivalent to a serving of 1 tablespoon. This tool is used when measuring fat intake, try to add the source of fat you like 3 times a day, maybe a tbsp of peanut butter, or olive oil, if it is almonds around 25-30 of them (that’s about a serving), or half of an avocado, the fat can also come from a source of protein like salmon or steak
Waooo I love your recipes and your workouts.
Love you mom ❤️
