Regarding the role of the favourite in Kona: Did you guys forget about Gustav? He might be not at a hundred percent yet, but if he gets there his data predicts a faster time than Christian's do (7:40 for Gustav, 7:43ish for Christian, according to his coach). He did win Kona for a reason, and Christian couldn't keep up with him for a reason. Secondly I think the disqualification of Cassandre was a blatant mistake. She racked her bike in the wrong spot but rectified that moments later. So the only fault can be the open helmet, which - usually - justifies a time penalty. Since none was given, the correct outcome imho would have been to add a time penalty onto her finishing time.
I wish the Rouvy route creator will just use the GPX file and use AI to simulate the terrain. It wouldn't be perfect, but it will get the main elements, (distance and elevation changes). I have routes that I recorded using old action cameras and the quality isn't anything I would want to stare at while riding.
What do you think of the Gustav Iden's new bike position? 🚴
Get well soon Heather!

On-running competition? That's it? Come on Mark, James would have done a brilliant pun 😄😉
Tri Spy: Too easy, Matty Hauser. I can spot an Aussie Mo from a mile away.
Tri-spy: Max Stapley with the goatee
Tri-spy: Matthew Hauser, for sure. 😀
