P0101 on Nissan Kicks, Throttle Body Cleaning and Idle Volume air Relearn

Hey Guys today i had a car with a P0101 and a check engine light. Cleaned the throttle body and performed idle air relearn if car comes back ill be replacing the throttle body next so stay tuned! Do you need to replace the MAF sensor when doing this? 2019 Kicks stalls out when idling at red light. Code P0101. Mechanic's recommendation was to clean the throttle body, replace MAF sensor, and relearn idle.

Only if Maf is Bad. Definitely Check PCV valve, i had a Versa also stalling at red light and pcv valve was stuck open.

If you squeeze the pcv hose with pliers and the car stays on thats your problem.

Can you clean throttle body on 2020 Nissan kicks sv without relearning process?

its a %50 chance with the kicks and versas of that particular model you can clean it without a relearn but theres no guarantee the car will stay running on its own without one
