@@timslee0618 it’s very sad indeed. I was lucky enough to meet and train with Robert for a short period of time. He was a huge reason for Xtreme Couture’s comeback which led to many fighters arriving around 2014-ish. Denis Davis and other coaches stepped up too. There were so many new fighters coming in I believe that’s why Follis chose a select few towards the end. Eric Nicksick took the gym to a whole new level though. I met Eric way before the fame and he couldn’t have been nicer to me. He deserves all the credit he’s receiving because he put in the work.
I think I’ve always been a fan of Nicksick,, but man! I love this guy even more now. Great coach but even better person , mentor, leader, role model. You can tell he’s a genuine good dude. Wish him nothing but continued success 🙏🏾🙏🏾

The US Navy Seals are effective as a fighting force because of the technological superiority of the United States not because of any special training many countries have similar “seal” programs and their frogmen are just as good. As mma fighters they are pretty mediocre such as the case with Brandon Wolff, guy went 0-3 in the UFC and retired with a 7-6 record. Seals aren’t invincible they bleed like all men.

They do very well in that industry and that is where the bulk of their money comes from. Also, a lot of celebrities would go to the parks, so Bear was able to make a lot of connections that way.
