Im from AP's hometown and watched his dad Scott race a motocross race at a local non AMA track in Indiana about a hour away called haspin acres probably right before Aaron was born or he wouldn't have been there and he was fast but ate it on a big step down double tabletop. If im not mistaken the kid in the 80 class with me brandon carr lived like 2 houses from the plessingers and had his own track
There were several occasions this year where I just KNEW that AP was gonna get the moto or the overall win, but dang Chase would crash, then go mental and have the ride of his life and come from 40th to 1st ...... which was super cool to watch but at the same time im thinking cmon man, 40th to 2nd is still really good, so help ur KTM brother out!! 😂 AP may not have the most wins or premier titles, but he is 100% the people's champ and the fan favorite anywhere he goes ✌️🇺🇸
