Yes! I love gathering inspo from some of them, but ultimately I have dialed back a lot on the daily schedule advice. You can truly be productive in a woman's way. I completely agree! 💖
What is working for me right now is looking at the routine over a week rather than a day. Mondays and Thursdays I do a long workout and stretching and a long shower with lots of beauty products after. Tuesdays and Saturdays I focus on spirituality.

This is great advice. I have never thought about it this way. I have tried to follow others routines and it didn't work and felt discouraged. Now, I realize that it probably wasn't for me. I am definitely going to keep this in mind because I struggle with cognitive distortions (all or nothing thinking). Thanks for sharing.

Great reminder! Not having children, but our lives being very full. I would appreciate any advice to stay on track As I shared before...my unplanned circumstances left me homeless and having to start over. I am thankful to be closer to having a solid financial life ahead. I have had to tailor around several obstacles. But thankfully the days are brighter and not as stressful
Thank you Angela! You are staying so positive which helps me with staying on track during times of adversity. Something else that helps me get around obstacles is making sure I have "Brain Food time where I schedule in something to get me working out the obstacle - usually a podcast or a YT video or a book. I make a luxurious event out of it something with a cup of chai tea and a candle or just sitting outside or going for a walk. The walk combination helps boost my endorphins which get me to stay motivated. You're amazing! Wishing you a successful week!
In my to do list honestly these things first thing in the morning and I win the day. If I fail to follow up it’s always a stressful day. Prayers Hot water with lemon 🍋 it helps with visiting the restroom 🤓. Some kind of workout Shower Get dress and bam 💥 great day is born. Anything else is possible after the above ☝️ list.
