Today marks 100 days without nicotine. I nearly never have a craving and if I do, they are gone within minutes. I feel so much better and enjoy my life smoke free !
I am at day 24 since last cigarette. I have smoked since aged 13 and recently turned 71. I have craved a few times but I will never go back to them. Gone cold turkey as well.
After 15years of being a regular smoker, i decided to quit smoking after my last cigarette.. And now i already in my 15days without any single cigarette, and im feeling's so much healthier every day. So for the smoker out there who want to make a change in life and quit that bad habits.. Take a DECISION right now, there's no to tomorrow. Just think all about the benefits that you can get.. If i can do it, I believe anyone's of you CAN do it also. Love you all 👍❤️
I hope you are still nicotine free. I also surprised myself today morning. Right after taking last drag i was like that's it. . This is my last cig. I didn't plan it of anything. Wish me luck 🤞
Same to you I am now third week and I feel great preath better sleep well and of course.....without nicotine tablets anything just say now to yourself now and go ahead. 40 years smoker and now quite halaluja alxamdulilaah

Thank you for posting these videos. I watch them every now and then to help stay inspired to not relapse. I would definitely recommend that smokers who cannot quit to try your method. I quit smoking cold turkey on Christmas eve, 2021. My only reason for quitting is because I wanted to stop destroying my health with smoking. Other than that I enjoyed smoking.
The physical addiction continues until the nicotine receptors in the brain start to 'snooze', which takes between 6 weeks to 3 months without nicotine. That's why the cravings continue after nicotine has left the body.

Shifting to a herbal joint is not a way to stop smoking because there's no strategy, process, or way to overcome the mental addiction when you do that. But you can definitely use that as a tool in conjunction with a plan to overcome the mental addiction. Essential oils are a great coping tool but won't take you all the way. Hope this helps.
The problem I have is the time I am going to quit. Should i quit while at work or during a week off work on hols. Then I think that will spoil my holiday so the excuses continue. I really want to stop but i cant get to my start point, please help.

2 weeks today with no nicotine. 3 weeks smoking free, did one week of patches cause I had them left over from the last try. Right now I get a BAD craving right when I wake up than another after dinner/or late evening. I find something to distract me and I am good with in 10mis or so, I AM QUITING THIS TIME!
One thing I realized since I tried to replace cigarettes with vape is the matter of my "smoking time". Those 10 minutes of "relaxation" were actually more addictive than nicotine. And with the vape I've lost control, since it's like an "endless cigarette", also I've made my throat hurting so much that I actually decided to quit 😂 so far I don't even feel the need to smoke (after 15 years of non stop smoking life)
I failed many times and every time there is one or two reasons but both are human . First reason is being around a smoker for a long time , second is being irritated by a certain person . So bottom line , stay away of smokers , two stay away from people that keep always irritating you like a boss or a wife or a bother etc.

Been 4 weeks since I had a cig/vape, went on nic replacement step 3 patch for a week, and been clean for 3 weeks no nicotine now!! It is admittedly difficult, as I'm 35, and I've been smoking since I was 17. I literally was changing the trash today and brushed against a fucking step 3 patch that was at the bottom of the trash in my bathroom as I was emptying it, so I just through the whole bag out, but it's getting in my head like "What if I absorbed nicotine?" that type of OCD shit. Any advice for that? I don't crave nicotine anymore, but I have noticed (and this is what's hard for me) that my mind feels lethargic, I have trouble socializing with people, and I even have some burning in my nerves, which is my CNS being overactive with anxiety. Those are just a few challenges I have noticed, but I'm not giving up. I threw my $100 mod out a week ago, to keep me motivated to keep on going!! I honestly have never done this well before with it.
