    • @CBQMethod
      @CBQMethod  3 года назад +3

      Shifting to a herbal joint is not a way to stop smoking because there's no strategy, process, or way to overcome the mental addiction when you do that. But you can definitely use that as a tool in conjunction with a plan to overcome the mental addiction. Essential oils are a great coping tool but won't take you all the way. Hope this helps.

So bottom line , stay away of smokers , two stay away from people that keep always irritating you like a boss or a wife or a bother etc.

    Been 4 weeks since I had a cig/vape, went on nic replacement step 3 patch for a week, and been clean for 3 weeks no nicotine now!! It is admittedly difficult, as I'm 35, and I've been smoking since I was 17. I literally was changing the trash today and brushed against a fucking step 3 patch that was at the bottom of the trash in my bathroom as I was emptying it, so I just through the whole bag out, but it's getting in my head like "What if I absorbed nicotine?" that type of OCD shit. Any advice for that? I don't crave nicotine anymore, but I have noticed (and this is what's hard for me) that my mind feels lethargic, I have trouble socializing with people, and I even have some burning in my nerves, which is my CNS being overactive with anxiety. Those are just a few challenges I have noticed, but I'm not giving up. I threw my $100 mod out a week ago, to keep me motivated to keep on going!! I honestly have never done this well before with it.

      @CBQMethod  3 года назад +1

      Hi Munish, congratulations on being 5 months smoke-free! When you quit, you may experience changes in your bowel movements, including constipation or gas. It lasts 1-2 weeks. These symptoms will go away by themselves in time. If you overthink it, you might cause anxiety which could prolong constipation.
      Drinking 6-8 glasses of water every day, eating fruits, and exercising helps a lot. If it persists, ask your pharmacist for a natural aid that can help.
      If you're still experiencing these symptoms 5 months after quitting, then it may not be because of quitting smoking. We recommend talking to your doctor about it.

      Hi Catherine, this video is informational and not supposed to get you to stop smoking. To quit smoking you need to follow a process that changes your relationship with cigarettes and helps you stop wanting to smoke. You can explore this channel for more videos and check the playlist called “CBQ Method essentials” you can find more info on how to quit smoking on our website cbqmethod.com

    Why will she lie.. 1-10 days for Cotinine.

    • @CBQMethod
      @CBQMethod  3 года назад +3

      Suhail, the information we give in the video that cotinine leaves the body in about 3 weeks is correct. Please watch the full video so you can understand why. How fast your body metabolizes cotinine depends on how much you smoked, your nutrition, and other medications you may take. We have to give the most accurate number that accounts for most factors and not the number that will apply to some people. Thanks.

    Her Videos are way to long!!!!! every video is always about her method she don't attack the subject of the Video. The Subject is How long does it take to quit smoking and she is speaking about when do I know when I am over mental addiction or harmful chemicals. I highly recommend you to do shorter Videos and attack just the subject on the headline and don't speak about all other things and the same things you speak in other Videos. And only your CBQ method it's not really transparency. way to long videos again

      Thank you for the feedback. We tried to improve on that in our newest videos. However, please keep in mind that all information shared IS relevant, helps you get context and that this channel is about quitting smoking with the CBQ Method.
