Hi Guys. I bought a new 2023 xcr 136. I love the sled, but the track howl at 40 MPH up is ear-shattering! It's so bad it resonates through your helmet! I took a trip, and by nighttime, my ears rang while lying in bed! Sled is un-ridable like this. I even tried earplugs, and they did nothing because it's a "drone" that can't be escaped. No its not alignment or tension, no its not a bearing, all that's been eliminated. I believe it's just poor design? The tunnel and housing vibrate (can't feel it, hear it) with the pitch of the track, which is like a "speaker." Sounds as if it reaches resonant frequency. This is when the entire housing and its components reach the point where they all begin to "sing." Like riding in a car with a bad muffler - you get a "drone" sound that goes right through you. Do you have any suggestions? I'm to the point I don't even want to ride the sled.

It just never ends. Their POS product has been very costly with all the weekends and trips ruined due product failures. Just run from this company.

@@JESSEJAMES322After reading most of the comments posted. A lot of people have shared their opinions and it's not good 😐. The only Polaris product I still own is 2009 victory vision (overall, Poo did their homework and tested this). Otherwise, I have left Polaris and no regrets.
