the costume takes about 10/12 sheets. the thickness is half an inch =)

i made a few of these bad boys using the foam boards from the dollar store, i might use your templates to turn an airsoft gun of mine into this

What foam do you use, thickness and all?
2 inch thick, extruded polystyrene.
you can find it at home depo if you have one, and it comes in really big sheets.
