@@markdopson563 Top marks on taking the time to reply personally Mark, much appreciated. You guys are based in Revesby, I think? I'm based in Yagoona, would it be possible for me to pop in sometime to have a look up close? I'm in need of a vac and pressure washer.
Looks like a really nice product. As a DIYer, I don't think I'd need to make the jump from an Active 2.0 to this. If you was running a detail business, I think this would be the way to go.
I used it today and it's really nice. Easy to work with and leaves a smooth satin finish. Te applicator is awesome! It drys to the touch in minutes. Looking forward to Josh's review.
I have the wall mounted pro, I like the small delay 3 sec before it turns off, saves wear and tear , as alternative of immediately switching of like others
BigBoi looks like a great pressure washer I would kill to have either this one or the new Active 2.3 I have the 1800 Cat by Active the Ryobi 1800 and the 1600 Ryobi and they're all have their purpose thanks Josh for another great video
If my active 2.0 takes a crap, I’m glad the Active 2.3 and now this Big Boi are out there as options. Definitely not worth upgrading for weekender though. The 2.0 is absolutely wonderful.
ya know...I'm excited for this because I use the BLOWR Pro+ BUT I had to return three of those units before the fourth finally FINALLY worked properly without having a super high-pitched motor whine. It was off-putting and frequently woke up the neighbors. We're all good now, though. Time will tell, I suppose. I'll keep an eye out for a shootout once they're out in the wild.
Sorry you had an issue with your Blowr, 1 batch with different material used in the hose created the noise, motor itself had no issues. Glad to see all is good for you now.
Was watching test n tunes video a year ago on this very same pressure washer. It appears that the early gen washers had circuit board failure problems and the users were sent out new boards. My question is this new gen have the updated circuit boards?
Will the DUO be serviceable? Wasnt paying 100% attention. Im new to the realm of understanding servicability of pressure washers. If the duo is not, the pro being serviceable, does that make it a lifetime unit?
Great question, and i didnt specifically ask that. Im pretty sure it is i just dont know if its full or partially.. @markdopson563 any insight on this question?
For me its between the Bigboi Washr Pro and the new Active 2.3. Seems like the Active 2.3 has better performance numbers, but that has yet to be tested in the real world. The Washr Pro seems to be built a little better. I guess we shall see.
The washer pro has a higher rate of water flow and psi, the psi on the duo is adjustable up to 1400 and the water flow on the pro is adjustable up to 1850, the engine is also a bit bigger and better allowing it to last longer when the water is heavy and push out more water harder, the psi on both of them is lower as they do not want to use too much force and hurt the paint on cars.
I asked them about the high shipping and they just set it at $65 flat rate now for the pressure washers (they are absorbing some of the shipping costs to help). Still not cheap but the unit is around 60 pounds so thats not too bad
2:18 @imjoshv I've been looking at their site and would love to order but I'm concerned about future repair. They don't show any repair parts available like AR Blue or the Kranzle units. Plus the later units are sold all over the US. Do you have any knowledge of longevity and or repair of this company?
The only issue that I had with the WashR Pro is that their MoBo is not that good of a quality. It got faulty after 10 wash (multiple Washr Pro MoBo were replaced at our BigBoi distributor here in Ph) . Good thing their service is good and fast.
I use a gas powered pressure washer to clean muddy dirt bikes a couple times per week. I'd love to find a powerful electric pressure washer I could mount in the garage (where it doesn't freeze in the winter) and just run a line outside (quick disconnect through wall). I think I'd need to go with an expensive 220v electric pressure washer, sound right? not a lot of options in that realm
@@imjoshv yeah I ordered right around 1AM eastern when they showed up on the site. The warehouse is in my state. UPS ground sys it’s only one day delivery. It is $99 shipping and I tried a few other states and it was between $105 and $120. Those showed 2 to 3 day shipping. The duo lets you put in the cart, but says it can’t ship once at checkout so I’ll have to wait to get that one. Pro though I just checked and I can still get a shipping cost.
I just want to be able to wash my car once in a while. If i use a drying aid+solid towel can i get by without deionizing the water? I just dont have space...
I personally dont use drying aids very often... BUT with that said, yes you can still get a spot free finsih. Just work in the shade and have a good drying towel and something to blow water out of the tight areas. You have to work faster and its more stressful haha but you can definitely do it
Hi, i have a question, do you know where i can find a set up for the handle to be used with air compressor? i want to use the air compressor as pressure wash so i need a handle with 2 inputs one for the air and second for the garden hose to supply water...any idea if there is online anyone sell those types of handles?
My post from earlier isn’t showing. Was it removed or something? BigBoi states that you must use the nozzles that come with their machine or the warranty is void. I saved the screenshot of their Facebook response to my question.
Hi mike that’s a great question… I’ll see if I can get an answer on that. I’m assuming it’s that they don’t want you using a 2.0 orifice when it’s designed to run with a 3.5 or 4.0.. the 2.0 would spike the amps and make the unit run harder. But if they are limiting you from using another brand that would be odd. I’ll see what I can find out or hopefully they will jump in on this question
The nozzles come with the units as they are tested with our products to maximise performance and work within the products specs etc, if you use your current nozzles just make sure they are the same spec'd, but hey you get new ones included in the box!!
@@markdopson563 thanks Mark, totally understand the orifice sizing to maximize performance. I posted this to ensure everyone is aware of any fine print since this is an investment for their business and there are several reports online of your company voiding warranties or not honoring warranties. Admittedly, your product is of a lot of interest to me for the sound level and what looks to be a rebuildable pump. Where can we read the warranty documentation to see what other info is in it?
All good Mike, our warranty process is quite simple most products are swapped for genuine product faults and failures, people who complain about it have generally misused the product and expect Bigboi to still jump through hoops for them. We always have solutions, sometimes people choose to ignore them.
Same boat. I've always eyeballed the BigBoi unit but it being only 240V was a huge issue being in the US. With this WashR now offered at 120V 15A, I think I am going to go BigBoi!!
What is the modification that needs to be done to the Washr Pro unit to run it off of a generator? BigBoi's instructs you to contact them prior to running it off of a generator as the unit will need to be modified.
Interesting…. Hopefully they will jump in on this again to answer some more questions. I think there was a chip system in previous models and in dont think this one has that.. but I could be wrong. If that’s the case that would make sense cause you would want clean energy like for electronics. So a pure sine wave inverter generator would be fine I would think, but let’s try to get an answer on that
Hey, Josh!. I also read this on their website and was wondering the same thing. Just wanted to make sure i wouldn't have any issues running this on the ecoflow delta pro.@@imjoshv
Another great video Josh, I definitely am looking forward to your video reviews of the new ACTIV 2.3 and this one. I had a quick question for you as I was fortunate enough to get to check out their booth at SEMA as well and was very impressed with their BLOWR CHARGED air dryer its similar to the EGO dryers, but I am not seeing it on their page do you know what might have happened to that product by chance? I would have loved for you to do a head-to-head with the EGO product.
There is a review by an Australian that stated BigBoi is claiming a failure of the motherboard/circuit board by another consumer was due to them using a canon that is not from BigBoi and they aren't honoring warranty of the pressure washer board. I'd like to see the warranty documentation that comes with the unit available before committing to something that I can't return because I have to buy into their ecosystem.
@@bigboicarcare the most important question you didn’t answer is if using another brand of accessory (i.e. canon, hose, etc) will void the warranty. It is not clear in the warranty. Can you answer that?
I have just received my duo this week, pressure washer is great as is the stubby gun "BUT" the hose is diabolical and I mean really poor quality, the pressure washer is up there with Kranzle quality and performance the stubby gun again is up there, I go as far as saying the best I have used the Foam cannon is OK ( a great addition to the kit), So now I have to buy another hose :(
By the way, most of these pressure washers are garbage after 2 to 4 years. Get yourself a commercial 2 hp pressure washer that delivers 1500 psi at 2.2 gallons per minute and uses a regular 110 V outlet. That’s what I just bought and that thing will last you years. After taxes, it was $1100 Canadian so I’m guessing maybe $800 American give or take a little bit. If you’re interested google canpump that’s the one I bought. They are Canadian.
Having friends that bought one and myself having a Halo (which was Bigboi previously) their customer service was very poor aswell as the quality of the product. Guys are on their third replacements for a reason. Kranzle at least are made in Germany with lifetime parts and repair compared to a made in China product? Going to hold off for a while until I decide
Hi John, your information is not correct. bigboi has nothing to do with HALO apart from having the same front panel back in the day. We have had no issue with service but have been working with our partners to offer something new, but we will highlight that shortly. We cant please everyone right!! The Kranzle comparison ,Yes its made in Germany but apart from that regarding parts its no different to us. Our units are full serviceable units as well. With pressure washer in general, being from German, Italy or China if they aren't used correctly, mis matching accessories or as simple as poor quality water you will have issues. We see it on all social media sites with all brands.
They need a US distributor to cut the shipping costs because we are spoiled with free to little shipping costs from others. My cart added $107 in shipping.
Hey Randy, Some initial system issues with shipping costs with FedEx and UPS etc, these will be sorted in the coming days and shipping costs will be adjusted to more realistic figures I believe before orders are processed.
Well, just as I feared, my washr pro showed up and it's not working properly. I've tried a couple of times sending bigboi an email asking for help and have gotten no response. So I'm out $700 with a pressure washer that doesn't work and a company that won't reply to emails asking for help. Really pissed right now :(
@@SilvergrovePictures They eventually replied to a Facebook message and replied to an email asking me to check a small spring behind the brass output nozzle. Mine was broken. They sent some replacements but that didn’t fix it. I replied back to them this weekend and no response yet.

Haha, yea the active 2.0 isn’t a commercial unit but delivers a lot of bang for the buck. This is supposed to be like an ar630 or a kranzle meaning it is serviceable and built to last
Josh Hi my name is Vinny I just try to order the PRO power washer and five other parts and it didn't go through maybe there is a problem with the web site..Has any one else had a problem I sent a message to bigboi about it let see what happens
Hey Vinny, was it sayong shipping not available? If thats the case they fixed tha, if not then i know on my site sometimes people think they place an order but the card gets declined for some reason. It will still show on your statement as pending but never actually posts to your account. That may be what happened. When i placed my order, it sent me a confirmation email right away! The ar is great and I really like mine, but it does have some power issues and definitely limits use if you don’t have the right set up. With the pro from Bigboi being set up for 15amps that makes really accessible for people!
I really wish you didn’t call them Australian. I’m Australian and the service is deplorable. I called them early December to ask what the connection was for the wand. Because I wanted to get an adapter for my stubby gun. They didn’t know, said they’d ask the manufacturer and get back to me. A response? Of course not. I still don’t have a stubby gun. Drives me nuts. Time to pony up for mtm I guess. Doubt they even bothered writing my name down.
If you had an issue with the service or a answer, there are ways to escalate issues internally. this is a first for the management team to hear of this. Regarding the start of your post, what you have said is more non Australian then anything that we could have done to you!!!
Well to be honest, ‘sorry this has happened we will rectify…..’ would have been the correct response. Actually it’s not the first you’ve heard of it. I emailed Richard 12/01/24. I also emailed someone else. A lady. But I can’t find it. I also spoke to someone there who was going to find out the connection for me. I’m not sure if I wrote his name down but it was right after your tech guy quit and there was a replacement starting on the Monday. That will give you a timeline. As you know, the office is open short hours, small staff, and I found it difficult to get a hold of someone. Let’s just forget about it or I’ll move onto the battery life of the scan light. #sigh#
And btw, I’ve never contacted anyone about the battery life of the hand light. So that was a cheap shot. Apologies. And I did buy that and the headlight direct.
Yeah it is, but there like anywhere china has some terrible factories and some amazing ones. Hopefully this is an amazing one ha. I do wish we could figure out a way to start producing more items domestically
When you compare these to others in this class they are actually prices really well. But if you dont need a full commercial grade unit then they are very expensive compared to the ryobis and big box store pressure washers

Stay away from this pressure washer……. I’ve had nothing but trouble out of mine and they don’t stand behind it. I’ve emailed 9 times to tell them the unit kicks off and I have to constantly reset it. They came once, after the 3rd email, to tell me that I need to put it in a designated 20 amp circuit which it already is. It never changed the way it worked and continues to kick off.
Awesome review as always 👍
Josh have you noticed cerakote is coming out with a ceramic tire shine product! Its on their youtube a review would be nice!
I used it today and it's really nice. Easy to work with and leaves a smooth satin finish. Te applicator is awesome! It drys to the touch in minutes. Looking forward to Josh's review.
Super excited for this one!
SAME HERE!
You bet thanks for watching!!
One thing I have been wondering, what is the dba of this unit? I need a quieter pressure washer so I don't disturb my neighbors.
The WashrPro is a quiet unit for pressure washers, the water coming through your nozzle is louder than the motor (under 80dbs)
I saw a dude in Australia who used one of these, and honestly it looked awesome. Would mind getting one myself
Nice! I can’t wait to get mine
@@imjoshv yeah I was thinking about springing for one myself. I'll definitely wait for your review though!
Didn’t they say you also get a professional quality foamer as well? If so, pretty amazing
Yes it’s included in the box
If my active 2.0 takes a crap, I’m glad the Active 2.3 and now this Big Boi are out there as options. Definitely not worth upgrading for weekender though. The 2.0 is absolutely wonderful.
Great bang for buck for the at home use!
$65 shipped here to Guam is a WIN for me!! 🎉🎉
ya know...I'm excited for this because I use the BLOWR Pro+ BUT I had to return three of those units before the fourth finally FINALLY worked properly without having a super high-pitched motor whine.
Came here for pressure washer review and now looking at a Big Boi 👀
It looks awesome
I just placed an order for the Washer Pro. $65 shipping, so your discount wipes out shipping cost. Thanks, Josh!
Josh, I'd love to see you evaluate the quality of their hoses...compared to the best you've talked about in the past.
I got the duo, and it´s a very nice machine...you feel it´s quality
aweomse i have the pro and the duo on order so i can test them and im super excited to get my hands on them!!
I can't pull the trigger till they're independent reviews on it.
Was watching test n tunes video a year ago on this very same pressure washer. It appears that the early gen washers had circuit board failure problems and the users were sent out new boards.
My question is this new gen have the updated circuit boards?
USA spec unit's do not have a PCB board
I love both of my air dryers
Josh, Off topic.. For trim restoration.. Have you ever tried RIT dye?
Looks great. The 15 AMP service requirement is the key. Thanks. The balloons were a nice touch. :)
Haha I’m new to hosting a zoom so I have no idea why it did that… pretty funny though
Anybody know what kind of warranty it carries?
2yr Domestic / 1yr Commercial
Any idea When will pre order be in Canada? I searched websites but don’t see anything yet. It looks awesome
There are a handful of well known Canadian distributors who have secured stock, they will launch on their websites in the coming days.
Could you do another video on how to put together my Uber flex hose on a Amazon basic reel and all the parts needed
I have the pro and you get a bag of spares and you can change the oil
yes they are
For me its between the Bigboi Washr Pro and the new Active 2.3. Seems like the Active 2.3 has better performance numbers, but that has yet to be tested in the real world. The Washr Pro seems to be built a little better. I guess we shall see.
Will other pressure washers fit on the wall mount?
Possible you can drill new holes if needed
@IMJOSHV what is the difference between washer PRO and washer DUE and how many hours is it good for
The washer pro has a higher rate of water flow and psi, the psi on the duo is adjustable up to 1400 and the water flow on the pro is adjustable up to 1850, the engine is also a bit bigger and better allowing it to last longer when the water is heavy and push out more water harder, the psi on both of them is lower as they do not want to use too much force and hurt the paint on cars.
$800 with shipping to me. I think I'll wait to see how high the quality actually is.
Wow what are the odd that I literally just finished watching your SEMA interview for BigBoi.
Haha good timing i guess!
The only issue that I had with the WashR Pro is that their MoBo is not that good of a quality. It got faulty after 10 wash (multiple Washr Pro MoBo were replaced at our BigBoi distributor here in Ph) . Good thing their service is good and fast.
Interesting.. good to hear service was good though
I'm guessing this lad is excited, said it often enough 😂
Good thing for the 10% off because shipping is $100+
I checked right before i posted and it wasn’t showing anything so I’m glad they got that sorted. 60 pounds is expensive to ship for sure
I just checked again it’s still not showing shipping for me… were you able to order it with your ship to address?
@@imjoshv yeah I ordered right around 1AM eastern when they showed up on the site. The warehouse is in my state. UPS ground sys it’s only one day delivery. It is $99 shipping and I tried a few other states and it was between $105 and $120. Those showed 2 to 3 day shipping. The duo lets you put in the cart, but says it can’t ship once at checkout so I’ll have to wait to get that one. Pro though I just checked and I can still get a shipping cost.
Got it! Yea I just saw It wasn’t working when I tried to add more products
You have to work faster and its more stressful haha but you can definitely do it
You can always mist with a rinseless if needed like P&S and then not worry.
Hi, i have a question, do you know where i can find a set up for the handle to be used with air compressor? i want to use the air compressor as pressure wash so i need a handle with 2 inputs one for the air and second for the garden hose to supply water...any idea if there is online anyone sell those types of handles?
Intersting idea, ive never thought about so i dont know off the top of my head

Has he reviewed the powerhorse 2000psi electric presure washer?
I have not... I just looked it up though and their whole ranges looks alot like the greenworks machines
Thanks for the clarification mark!!
It’s been out of stock for a few months already. Not sure if that is a good thing at all.
Thought I was going to get the active 2.3 when it comes out. Now I'm not sure which one I want!
Same boat. I've always eyeballed the BigBoi unit but it being only 240V was a huge issue being in the US. With this WashR now offered at 120V 15A, I think I am going to go BigBoi!!
@RussellKasem Yeah I think l am kind of leaning towards the duo.
Will get back to you on Monday.just would like to check with our factory
Hello, were you able to get any info on using a generator?@@bigboicarcare
@@bigboicarcare Any clarification from the factory concerning running the WashrPro off of a generator?
Another great video Josh, I definitely am looking forward to your video reviews of the new ACTIV 2.3 and this one. I had a quick question for you as I was fortunate enough to get to check out their booth at SEMA as well and was very impressed with their BLOWR CHARGED air dryer its similar to the EGO dryers, but I am not seeing it on their page do you know what might have happened to that product by chance? I would have loved for you to do a head-to-head with the EGO product.
It's in the drop menu under all products
the BLOWR CHARGD is on its way, will be there late April if all goes well.
Really? I can’t imagine a different brand foam cannon causing significant failure. I’ll ask them or maybe see if the warranty info is on their site
The USA units do not have a PCB board as we have set them up different due to certification.
@@bigboicarcare the most important question you didn’t answer is if using another brand of accessory (i.e. canon, hose, etc) will void the warranty. It is not clear in the warranty. Can you answer that?
as long as the other brand you use works to our requested orifice size it will be ok@@mikeerin5031
I have just received my duo this week, pressure washer is great as is the stubby gun "BUT" the hose is diabolical and I mean really poor quality, the pressure washer is up there with Kranzle quality and performance the stubby gun again is up there, I go as far as saying the best I have used the Foam cannon is OK ( a great addition to the kit), So now I have to buy another hose :(
Did you get the green hose or the black
Hose?
@@imjoshv the green one, it’s terrible, even my client commented on the quality, shocking quality
Wonder when they will be in the Canadian market. They look fantastic.
They said they are trying to do all of north america
There are multiple Bigboi resellers in Canada
But still not available for pre order in Canada
Will be soon

I’m not sure if it’s time to replace my kranzle 🤔
Run and get the Shark Stainstriker it's on sale... Toooday!! 👍
They need a US distributor to cut the shipping costs because we are spoiled with free to little shipping costs from others. My cart added $107 in shipping.
Hey Randy,
Some initial system issues with shipping costs with FedEx and UPS etc, these will be sorted in the coming days and shipping costs will be adjusted to more realistic figures I believe before orders are processed.
Hopefully Monday 🙏
Difference between Duo + Pro?
Pro is a heavier duty pump head and some internals.
4 pole vs 2 pole plus a triplex pump vs a wobble plate pumphead. Both commercial units just the pro is as tuff as they get
I understand Big Boi is from Australia, but where are these pressure washers actually built?
They are made in china.
@@imjoshv Quality control seems to be there, so no issue on my end.
Same for me. There are good and bad factories in every country and this one looks to be pretty dialed in!!
Well, just as I feared, my washr pro showed up and it's not working properly. I've tried a couple of times sending bigboi an email asking for help and have gotten no response.

in a 15amp set up, no it wont as they don't have one :) .But as a 17amp and over unit great product
The ar is great and I really like mine, but it does have some power issues and definitely limits use if you don’t have the right set up. With the pro from Bigboi being set up for 15amps that makes really accessible for people!
Too rich for my blood. I just started using my new Karcher 1800 and it feels really good. I don’t have the vibration in the hands as with the Ryobi.
Oh man I’m sorry to hear that… hopefully that has changed
