Hey just started as maintenance in a hotel and they’re changing all locks to these. Followed the steps but now the deadbolt comes out along with the latch, and the latch has no free will anymore 😂 if you know what I did wrong please let me know
Did you open up the mortise case or did you just flip it like I showed?
