Garage build - GASGAS flat track bike

We know how to keep busy at GASGAS, so we took it upon ourselves to build up our very first project bike! Using the awesome GASGAS MC 450F motocross bike as the base, it was stripped down and re-assembled with carefully selected Technical Accessories to create a legitimate flat track racer! The build was surprisingly super easy, and using only basic tools and a little bit of mechanical know how, your dream flat track racer could easily become a reality.

Gas Gas, please make a DT1/ trailbike, Freeride type bike, but reasonably powered. With decent sized gas tank, and carburettor. 300cc , sixspeed, or even seven, Twin shock.

The front brake is allowed on TT dirt track races, but not on a turn left oval race.

Handy if you're riding on the street.

Slipper clutches help a ton with rear wheel hop under braking, plus they're a safety measure if a motor seizes up on big tracks like half miles or larger.

Where do you get the 19' front wheel? I would want to do flat track build on ktm 250 exc but i have no clue what front rim to put

There’s a couple options. Lace a rear 19”x2.15 rear rim up front, or lace a 2.5” rim in the rear and use the stock rear rim up front. Give a motorcycle wheel shop (like Dubya) a call and let them know what you have in mind

I had a set built by Warp9 for a YZ450F I used to race. I also had a set built by Buchanan's Spoke and rim for my Hooligan race bike.
