We Made Rock'n'Chili Mom's Secret Recipe

Michael Olivieri, guitarist and vocalist of Hail Mary and M.O.B., formerly of the SoCal hard rock Icons Leatherwolf, prepares the chili his mom used to make. He talks about music, family, baseball and plays us out with a classic Leatherwolf song.
What You're Gonna Need:
1 package of Italian Sausage
1 package of Portuguese Sausage (Linguica)
1 lb. of ground beef/turkey
1 can of Kidney Beans
1 can of Black Beans
1 can of Red Beans
1 can of Pinto Beans
1 can of Garbonzo Beans (Chick Peas)
1 can of Pork and Beans
1 can Stewed Tomatoes
1 can Mushrooms
4 cloves of Garlic (minced)
1 large White Onion (chopped)
1 Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
1 bunch Cilantro
1 tsp. Cumin (to taste)
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
2 tsp. Oregano or Italian Spice
1 large bag of Fritos
What You're Gonna Do:
Slice the Portuguese and Italian Sausage into bite-sized chunks. Add to Chili Pot.
Add Ground beef/turkey
Cook until browned. Drain fat.
Add every can listed above!
Add garlic, notion, and bell pepper.
Add Spices
Allow to simmer, stirring occasionally for 20 mins.
Serve immediately.
Top with Fritos and cilantro.
Add a dollop of Sour Cream for a special treat!
