Studied chemistry in undergrad, worked in a food and beverage lab for a few years. If you want to work in a laboratory a chemistry degree will definitely give you tangible skills
Please consider the job market where you live or want to live. I have a BS in chemistry. I enjoy chemistry. I have worked in a water quality lab in the past. Now I work in construction, which I love, and it pays better. I recently had been looking for a new job. The chemistry jobs in my area currently pay less than the jobs that don't require an education or experience. Chemistry jobs around here either pay crap or require experience you can't get unless you lucked into getting in with that company right out of college.
So true, I spent a year looking for job after BSc in chem and the pay is about the same as uber driver. Also, with a BSc in chemistry nobody hires you as a chemist, you can only be something like a lab assistant doing a ton of unrelated work and wash test tubes. Even MSc in chemistry risks a chance of not being hired as chemist.
There is this girl I like at church and she knows I have feelings for her. So now, im watching all these chemistry and biochemistry videos, so that I can talk with her because she is taking chemistry and biochemistry classes😂 I don’t even like chemistry or biochemisty. The only reason why I’m watching these videos is so she can be impressed with my basic knowledge. This stuff is actually interesting.
Great video as always, I am going to college this year and i am confused between geography and philosophy? Its my humble request to study hall that please try to make videos on why study geography/ philosophy as college majors, will really be thankful for it 😇
Because chemistry ⚗️🧪 is important ❤🏴

Aren't there any other opportunities and what it's like to work in a lab is it worth it?

My favorite subject at school😊
👍
I do not like chemistry because we rarely do laboratory due to lack of equipment.
