- Back in October of 2019, Kawasaki dropped the new Teryx KRX 1000 - and we’ve been happily ripping ours all over Ocotillo, Havasu, and Moab for the past three months. Not sure how anyone can write a proper review of a machine with a few miles on a single terrain, but we’ve put hundreds of miles on ours in every kind of scenario. The consensus? We love this vehicle. Read the full review on www.utvundergr...

Love mine but only 83 miles so far. Great for trails and rocks. Climbs like a beast.
Solid review and machine 👍
UTV "we don't point out any negatives because we don't want to chase away potential sponsors" underground.
We are new to SXS and purchased the KRX. I want expecting to like the Kawi, but being 6'4" and 230 once I sat in it I was hooked.do wish it had a turbo or a few more HP, but we love it and have had a blast in it so far (only had it 2 weeks :))
Congrats on the purchase. What was the price and warranty duration? I was at local dealer (overseas) today and I’m impressed with the huge size of this machine but dealer wants $25,000 for 2020.
Why does everybody play distracting music over talking ?
Leave it out .
Is the low sspeed whining similar to previous Teryx ?
Maybe I’ll be the one to give it a little criticism...the machine overall is badass but I felt it was (to me) too big and heavy. I didn’t like the handling and the power seemed a bit low. I also thought the dashboard layout was boring and the gauge cluster was too small. Remember this is just my opinion and not meant to offend anyone. There is also a ton of stuff I liked but can’t express all of it in this tiny little paragraph...
I’m sure compared to the YXZ it felt heavy. I think those machines are designed for different purposes. For hill climbs, trails and rocks it’s perfect for me. But I’m also not adding 500 lbs in aftermarket parts either.
Thomas Vedder I totally agree...it’s proving to be a solid rig for sure.
Power to weight ratio needs improvement. Drop 300 lbs. and/or add 75 more hp. Teryx weighs almost 400 lbs more than the rzr xp1000 eps (aspirated) with about the same horsepower. Turbo would wake the Teryx up.
Time 1:37, someone should tell him this doesn't have gears.
Your video, was interesting. Now I wish that I had one... Keep on riding...
Is it good for sand dunes or overkill with the added weight. Looks like a solid machine for rock crawling.
Trying to listen to you over the music made me leave after 2 minutes.
Someone convince me to buy this instead of the Honda Talon X! I really like how Kawasaki gives you a 3 year warranty right out of the gate but I also like how the Hondas DCT will probably be maintenance free.
I have an 800 Teryx and I’ve had zero issues with it. I think just from a reliability standpoint if I were going to get a sport SXS it would be this one.
No 3 year warranty on this model. 6 months.
"Car"? Seems like these are getting to posh and "car like".
Got to flog one around Glen Helen a few weeks ago. It’s a blast. Top notch quality, best build quality out of any of them on the market honestly.
Thought is was a Razor
Really? Even though it wasn't on fire??
