Political commentary at the end was unnecessary, but the show was overall good. I always liked their version of Venus. I remember the first time I heard it live, which at the DNA Lounge in SF back in 2015. When a band has been around as long as Clan of Xymox, and has such extensive catalogue, the positive side to it is that no two tours are the same. The downside though, is some songs that you really enjoyed hearing live previously may just not get played at all. Like when I saw them earlier this year, She is Falling in Love, and Love's On Diet, were not played, and I enjoyed those songs live very much. Same with Venus.
A 30 year fan of XYMOX. I was so happy to be at this show. It was worth every minute. Incredible music.
