In this video, I invite you to our tea party on Friday August 16, 2024. we are celebrating the kickoff to. #Give4Marion2024 with an amazing GIRL’S NIGHT OUT and tea party. This should be a super fun event so bring your friends and help us kick off #Giveformarion2024 ! We will have games, prizes and a raffle too. A chicken salad supper will be served as we chat about Give for Marion 2024! 33 hours of non- stop fund raising on September 17-18, 2024. ‪@hishouseforher3809‬ is a proud participant again this year. In 2023, 103 local non- profit organizations raised 1.4Million Dollars in just 33 hours! If you are like us and believe that every woman deserves a chance to heal, no matter what their circumstances, join us to talk about Give4Marion! This event is more than just dollars on a screen. 100% of your funds go directly to helping our residents with therapy, healing and recovery.
What is Give4Marion?
Give4Marion brings residents, businesses and nonprofit organizations in Marion County and beyond for the purpose of raising funds and awareness for local charities. Their website offers a convenient platform online for people all over the world to donate to our ministry right from your mobile devices or computers. All you need is an internet connection and a desire to help women recover from addiction and trauma in safe, supportive housing.
How It Works
You can go to the Give4Marion website directly and choose His House for Her as your charity. Donations can be made online using credit or debit card or bank transfer. You can also give by cash or check. The platform continuously updates, showing total giving, top donors. The whole process is engaging and exciting for everyone involved.
Impact on our ministry at His House for Her
The impact of Give4Marion is profound. In its third year, the event raised a record-breaking $771,075 for 87 nonprofit organizations3. This incredible achievement was made possible by the generosity of 2,537 donors who made 3,714 monetary gifts3. The funds raised help these organizations continue their vital work in areas such as education, healthcare, animal welfare, and more. His House for Her has participated each year since the inception of Give4Marion in 2020. Each year has been better than the last with support pouring in. Last year, we raised close to $40,000 in just 33 hours!! We saw familiar faces and made some new friends too during the event. We are thrilled to be a part of this amazing opportunity again in 2024!
How You Can Get Involved
Whether you're a resident of Ocala or someone who believes in second chances for women in need, there are many ways to get involved in Give4Marion. You can:
• Donate: Visit the Give4Marion website during the event and donate to His House for Her.
• Spread the Word: Share information about the event on social media to encourage others to participate. Like, Subscribe and Comment on our posts. Share our posts to your social media pages. As you continue to help us spread the word about what we do, our message is amplified throughout the recovery community.

His House for Her is located in Ocala, Florida. We offer residential supportive housing to overcome drugs, alcohol or trauma with a long-term program specifically designed for women only. The one-on-one attention and individualized treatment plans provide 24 hour support for her as she heals. Our goal is to remove the physical, emotional, and spiritual barriers that keep a woman from healing and transforming her life. We provide safe, clean housing, a trauma-informed staff, and transportation for outpatient therapeutic appointments and employment. She can recover and remain abstinent from drugs and alcohol in our 6 bed rehab facility. View our beautiful house and offices here:
