Lucid Explanation ❤lub you ma'am....... beautiful vocal 😊
U deserve more mam ✨✨ that day will come soon🙌🙌
Really true
Mem 😆 🤣 lol
Mam u will be top biofield youtuber ...in future ....thax lot please do all lectures series on CSIR/DBT JRF NET exam preparation imp topics.❤️
Tha kyou so much for uploading this video. It really helped me a lot. The way u elaborated it's working is awesome. Not only this vid but other video of urs are wonderful.
The way u are analighting is superb thanx for the vedio mam♥️
Thanks ma'am, your way of teaching is very very easy 😊
Few teacher whom I like and you are one of them❤teaching method is👌
Mam may i know what are the disadvantages of phase contrast microscopy?? Can u give brief description on advantages and disadvantages??
Tommarow is my sem exam..this helps to get my marks in destinction
Mam your explanation is...
I have no words to say
I am your fan😇
Maam aap bol rhi ho jo unretarded rays /|/4 increase kr diya or ek pharmacy wala chnnel h uspe Bo rhe h ki unretarded rays ko /|/4 decreased kr diya shi kya h koi btao plz 😢 tomorrow will my exam
Woww. Thank You so Much. This is explained so well especially Ray Interference progression and Succession.
Ma'am, thanks for making valuable content...
I have a question, what is the difference between Phase contrast Microscopy, Polarising Microscopy and Differential Interference contrast??
Can you please make a similar video on that too?
Polarizing microscopy me hm light use krte h jo ki multidirectional hoti h jb hm use polarizer se pass krate h to vo unidirectional ho jati h which is known as plane polarized light then it fall on sample which is connected to analyser and analyser analyse the light if there is presence of specimen then will be observed by analysera and produce 3D and virtual image
Analyser and polarizer should be parallel position only then light will pass through them if they will be perpendicular to each other then no light will pass through them, hence no image formation nd complete darkness ,
Please make video lectures on staining too 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Mam Your vedios are so good ..plz tell ref book for microscopy techniques
Actually I do understand clearly from your videos. Thank you
Best video of this concept on utube❤
Maam you cleared my concepts of microscopy, thanks!!
Amazing mam.. Tq so much for such a easy and effective explaination
My doubt has been clear after watching this video .
Mam may Allah make you succeed in your life... Ur teaching method is soo good.. Masalla
Masallah
Your teaching method is great we love you mam
ThankYou So Muchh Mam.. Your all vedios are awesome👏..So much Heplfull to easily Understand..🙏🙏☺☺
Ma'am aap csir ke liye prepare kra rhe Ho best H but ma'am aap ye bta diya kron ye line important h net ke liye.. Jo bhi pdate Ho mark krte hue jyada better smj aa jaye hamare... OR uu are explain very clear like water water and milk milk
Ma'am please explain all the functions of phase plate and interference phenomenon of light in detail....
Finally i understand this topic thnk uh❤
Thank you ma'am. You are a great teacher. Thanks for your help
Finally, I understand, thank you
Thank you mam for helping me to understood this topices😊😊
Thnk u so much mam.. Yr vedio are very helpful to easy understanding..
Mam jo lemda by four se phase difference aa rha h vo specimen ki vajah se aa rha h ya phase plate and phase ring ki vajah se
Thank you so much mam
For this very informative and interesting presentation
Ma'am is this series of microscopy are sufficient for gate analytical syllabus to solve any question ???
Tyvm ma'am Maine kal ese vedio k leye comment Kiya or AJ vedio as bhe gye :) again thank you very much ma'am
Thank you very much.... I love the way you teach. 🥰🥰
Ma'am agar low intensity light milegi toh hme toh proper image kaise dikhaegi...hum proper visualization ke liye high intensity chahiyae na....?
Mam, you said that wavelength of refrected light will become small which means it's energy increases but how is it possible. All I have read about it is that phase of refrected light changes and that change is further enhanced by phase plate to promote destructive interference.
Please review my query.
Thank you so much mam...
This is Very useful for me 🙂
Very nice video......Thank you mam
The way to teaching 👌🏻
Tq mam for your efforts for us
Mam after striking specimen wavelength of light will get increased...... I think
I'm a 12th passed student. I came here for knowledge. You explain very vividly....😄👍👍
Commerce ke lecture bhi sunle
Very well explained...thank you and keep making these types of videos. Really helpful
Thank you so much.....I understood it very well 😇
I truly appreciate your efforts 😊
Give a video on confocal microscopy ❤❤❤❤
Very nice explanation. Thanku
Ma'am if it is not possible to view transparent specimen with bright field microscope , can't we use dark field microscope for the same purpose instead of using phase contrast microscope?
always best explanation......thanku so much mam
Very very helpful and easily understandable video! ❤
Best explaination 👍🏻🔥🔥
Mam pls release the video of TEM and SEM....your videos are very helpful for me in my external exams...pls before my exam post the video....
Mam pls 3d printing or biosensor ki video bh post kr dejya...pls 5 ko exam h pls mam.....
Madom how many phase rings has been used in this microscope. ?2 or 1...?
Really very helpful 🙏
Mam kya jbrdast pdati ho koi jawab nahi
Thank you
Mam thank u so much apne kafi achche se samjhayi h technique csir k basis pe but mam apne confocal microscope nhi pdaya h
Plz mam apse request h pda diziye
Thanks dear you created crystal clear emage
Thanks Divya.

I think, It is same as dark field microscopy except presence of phase plate or phase ring.
Amazing mam😍
Thank you very much mam ❤️
Mam apne btaya ki destructive interference hoga jiski vajah se light intensity low hogi to mam light intensity low hone ki vajah se hame object ki image clearly kse dikh rhi h..??
Khi high khi low.. isi vajah se contrast ban rha h.. hope u get it now??
Yes mam
thankyou so much .....grateful for this video mam
Thank you so much ma'am..
Thank you for explaining it in such an easy way.👍🏻 Ma'am in phase contrast constructive interference occurs, while you have mentioned destructive here.
How do you keep flasks under the microscope
