  • In this video tutorial we talk about Phase Contrast Microscopy principle, applications and working in Hindi
    Phase-contrast microscopy is an optical microscopy technique that converts phase shifts in light passing through a transparent specimen to brightness changes in the image. Phase shifts themselves are invisible, but become visible when shown as brightness variations.

    Ma'am, thanks for making valuable content...
    I have a question, what is the difference between Phase contrast Microscopy, Polarising Microscopy and Differential Interference contrast??
    Can you please make a similar video on that too?

    • @Kajalmodi111
      @Kajalmodi111 2 года назад +3

      Polarizing microscopy me hm light use krte h jo ki multidirectional hoti h jb hm use polarizer se pass krate h to vo unidirectional ho jati h which is known as plane polarized light then it fall on sample which is connected to analyser and analyser analyse the light if there is presence of specimen then will be observed by analysera and produce 3D and virtual image
      Analyser and polarizer should be parallel position only then light will pass through them if they will be perpendicular to each other then no light will pass through them, hence no image formation nd complete darkness ,

    Mam, you said that wavelength of refrected light will become small which means it's energy increases but how is it possible. All I have read about it is that phase of refrected light changes and that change is further enhanced by phase plate to promote destructive interference.
    Please review my query.
