The bone marrow takes the chapli kebabs to another level. This looks delicious!
I am definitely trying this recipe Sahil 😋 that looks delicious 👍🏻
WOW! just WOW!
Packed with flavour!
Going to make this one for sure. Thank you for sharing.
Hope you enjoy
Love from Pakistan 🇵🇰
I'm totally interested in these and th history, in american we have burgers which is a pan frid or grilled beef patty. So very similar to this. Home made versions often have diced beggies and seasoning and wed serve with lettcues, pickles, onions, tomatoes and ketchup,.mustard, mayonnaise. As I am keto my plate would look like the way you plated these kabobs. Excited to try this seasoning and i have never used marrow like this before. I have a bonein my freezer and will be cracking it open to do this process. Ty
These look absolutely fantastic
thank you!
Loving these content from you friend.....keep it up.......Mark was in my home country of Trinidad & Tobago in the Caribbean a few months ago. Stay safe
Awesome! Thank you!
Thanks for the recipe. Love from Pakistan 🇵🇰
Okay omg that looks good I should make this
You should!
It is a pashtun dish from Peshawar, Pakistan... another pashtun dish Namkeen Pyaz gosht is also keto friendly, we have handful of pashtuns or pathans in our Mumbai whose caterers cook such meat and called it pathani gosht it's similar to pyaz gosht, most of them were in pathan gang in old Bombay... Party used to happen every ramzan in rizvi college bandra but now that pathan has passed away and no more parties happens ever since
That looks fantastic.
thank you!
Mm. Looks good 😋
Hmmm, interesting... 🤔 Never seen anything like this, but inspiring.
Flavourful, healthy, and satiating. I can eat this regularly at any meal time. Thanks Sahil 🤘 .
Hope you get to make it soon!
@@HeadbangersKitchen Indeed, I will very soon.
thanks for sharing our favourite chapli kabab🇵🇰
Awesome!!
That looks so delicious!!! What about bacon grease?
Sure that will work too.
Either defuse the explosive before you eat it or after...☠️
@@HeadbangersKitchen saying : removing the seeds from the hot pepper that make it too hot for your tastes is better than dealing with the spicy more painful aftermath in the toilet is racist? Interesting. Very interesting. Didn't know that people who don't like very spicy food are a race or that applauding them for taking measures to protect themselves is racist.
Sorry @sarahrosen4985. I must apologize. I totally mis-read that comment. My bad. I'm sorry. I didn't realize you were referring to the chilli. I really mis-read your comment. I do apologise.
And I've deleted my comment and once again my apologies for totally mis-reading that.
This is delicious looking, if you add an egg to the mix it should hold better in the pan .
Ah shit, good idea.
yes you can add egg. the thing is if you see the original street version they have these HUGE slanted pans which has oil on one side so they smash it on the pan directly and just push it into the sea of oil and then pull it out. That's why they don't need the egg.
@@HeadbangersKitchen ah ok thanks man :-)
Sooo yummy. Im a big fan of mark weins
me too!
Wild man, I have bone marrow and I am not afraid to use it! 💚💚💚🍀🍀🍀
Wonderful!
I will add bone marrow on jalebi instead of rabdi and eat it
go for it! Might be an amazing sweet and savoury dish.
Fakk, this sounds like the most heavenly treat.
So good!
This looks like a hamburger patty! Delish!!
hahaha yeah I actually made a chapli kebab burger with them
@HeadbangersKitchen I literally ran out and bought the ingredients right after i commented, and we had these as burgers this afternoon for my sister's birthday! Thank you, and she loved them!!! 😅🥰
hahaha awesome!!
As a meat lover, this looks great. I think its going to be my lunch today, Another great recipe.
Hope you enjoy
@@HeadbangersKitchen ...I loved it. thanks.
!ALGORITHM!
Mark Wiens can eat anything including Durian fruit. I need to get ground beef with offal.
I've had Durian, it's really not bad or offensive smelling. It's definitely strong smelling compared to other fruit but it doesn't taste like that at all. Plus if you've eaten jackfruit then it's quite similar to that.
Sahil, this is not the authentic recipe. You need to try it in Peshawar, Pakistan, they use more masalas
Can you tell me which Masalas? This is the best I could do not being able to go to Pakistan and eat it myself.
I mean from all the recipes I looked at online I picked the common ingredients. Most recipes had their own versions of it. Like with all recipes it's always different depending on who makes it. I saw one with omelet crushed up in it. I saw most of them without bone marrow and so on and so forth.
Sahil try this. This is close to the original recipe.

😊
Hope you like our original tastes . We add tomatoes and anaar dana aswell as makaii aata or alternative.
This recipe is good.
Basically the most famous Resturant for chapli kabab is "Charsi ke kebab" in Peshawar but we don't go to Peshawar. These kababs are also called "Peshawari Kabab" another name to them.
Good luck Sahil. Hope you like our recipes.
As for us who are regular people, we just add in "Shaan Chapli Kabab masala" and make it. Super easy and tasty 😊
You can also try this easier version at home which is also okay. You always have to take out the water from the onions after chopping as it creates a better texture.
For me ... this is much easier

Best kabab
Add some chopped fresh corriender and mint in it along with a little corn flour/meal.
