Today i found that .actually what happened in your video you showing
Office deployment tool to paste in Cmd command that's link some different "setup configure configuration " is worked for me it downloaded office within a few minutes. But when i opened the WORLD it's not activated.
The main problem is you directed in your video to click that first link to copy that console. But that's showing " setup download configuration " this is not running download but consume a lot of mobile data.
Today i tried myself to click that last link which is given that succeed " setup configure configuration "
