I just done one of these, first obstacle is the battery tray ,theres two tamper proof nuts to get out, i had to get the grinder out, next the engine mount,this could be a major obsticle ,its got to come off to give you room to get your hands down,in fact i would get this off before you buy your belt kit, after removing the timing cover ,i locked the cams with a cheap ebay kit, the cams have in dents the pins slot into, then i marked the belt as in the video, i recomend you mark the injection pump too, as the factory mark is impossible to see, and the pump gear moves easily, the new belt is a pig to get on, there must be no slack, use packers to keepit tight and meshed,eventually i got the belt on and tensioned it, i fired up engine, ran for a few minuets, checked tensioner ir had moved, did this a couple of times before it held its position.

Timing belt is easy but the water pump is a sod, according to my garage who said they wouldn't do my van again, which is ok cause I've sold it now. It's probably easy with the engine out.
Hi I had new timing belt and water in mid Jan. Friday just gone I herd a rattling and sudden power. I'm being told that a part from injector pump broke away and shredded timing belt and refuse to agree its anything to do with them and charging full cost. Any suggestions welcome
