So glad there was footage. Many murders are never ever solved but just forgotten. Major killings brutal as they are have been left unsolved. Now police will be forced to look thoroughly into this senseless killing.

Zwide, we already are living in a lawless country. Just this weekend alone about 8-10 people were gunned down including Forbes and Motsoane in Durban. Last year alone 7000 people were murdered between April - Sep. If that's not a crisis which is bordering on a gangster state I don't know what is.

Neville, you’re correct my brother the Police a good at writing ✍️ statements and giving case numbers. It ends there, they not known to solve such cases. It drags for ever. My brother was killed in similar manner, I last saw the investigating officer 👮♀️ the following day my brother was murdered. 2 years ago

The video may have leaked and gone viral on social media but prosecutors can still obtain it legally from it`s original source and it will be admissible in court as legally binding evidence should this matter go on trial.

But the CCTV footage doesn't impede the investigation, what is reckless is people accusing Mr Tembe and the bodyguards themselves for being involved.
That is dangerous ground to tread on legally.

Personal opinion the friends were involved...
Check the footage the guy that was in a white top seen outside if u closely analyse the footage u will see the guy signaling to the first shorter he checks the camera moves over to the other suspected shorter dressed up in black then check through the window to see the position of the first shooter he sees him moving across the street checks his phone then moves closer as possible to the group behind the other guy and his the only one who closed his ears
The second suspect involved can be the very friend that Hanged him
Check he hanged him then turned him to an exposed angel clear for the shooter then when he saw the shooter he let go of aka and moved close to the group if also u check the footage hours before the shooting actually occured I am sure u can spot the shooters in it also survey for cctvs across the street their must be some cameras that captured the shooters...
Despite the success in shooting the shooters were amateurs they didn't have anything covered to shield them from being identified neither did they have a car to use after the attack
Sad they have once again taken out one of their best in cold blood.
