Only one experience of being cheated on can change a man's or woman's attitude, behavior and mannerism for life until they heal from that trauma. The innocent open minded and welcoming youth becomes judgemental, harassed and cold hearted. In my mother's eyes, because each day she re-lived the hurts and pains that my father had caused her by cheating, made it difficult for her to accept any man to enter into my life.
