there is another way to perimeter break, it has a similar setup as bad intentions but you go to the boat instead
the first escape I ever got was the submarine (bad intentions).

This is the Escapists 2 unless you do have it. This is the 6th prison in the Escapists 2
@@Just_Worms1234 HMP offshore is not on android. If you aren’t using android make sure you have unlocked the prison by escaping the other prisons.

If that happens you can try making a new save it’s just up to chance though.
