Everything Slime that's what he uses in the videos, a queen excluder and a super ( box of honey for harvesting), all beehives are made like that including flow hive

Is that the foam or plastic? It looks like foam. They will chew through that. I used a piece in the bottom of my top bar hive and they channeled out part of it to get around.

That would bee a good experiment and prove what they may claim that its cooler or warmer in winter.

It'll get heavy woth the bees and honey and when he puts a metal cover he usualy bungee ties it to the floor and puts a rock on top

You should try and avoid plastic queen excluders as the holes are punched out leaving sharp edges damaging the bees wings as they climb through.....
