The Toughest 84 Hours - no food; no sleep An endurance challenge paying tribute to the first phase of the South African Police Special Task Force selection process.
You have never lived untill you had almost died, and for those who fight for it, life has a special flavour that the protected will never know. Good to see such
Make sure you are fit and practice carrying heavy loads. But most importantly, Vasbyt is about mental strength and endurance. Follow this link for more details: takie1976.co.za/vasbyt/
A HUGE DISADVANTAGE TO BLACKD IS NOT SWIMING MAJORITY OF BLACKS CANT SWIMP CAUSE THERE ARE NO SWIMING FACILITIES WERE THEY COME FROM AND THESE TRAINERS KNOW THIS
I agree with you my brother but I think since people whom want to join this come and fail. They surely go back home and learn how to swim and what to focus on next time so they can try again. This year I saw 13 recruits out of 1000 making it to the Task Force and some were from Townships. Sadly its something we have to make sure we teach ourselves before joining. One other thing is black people don't do obstacle courses in high school like most of us who did in our schools and hence sometimes find it difficult to pass. But if you see our Special Force Team competing in UAE, you see a multi-racial well representative team that took number 1 in Africa and 8th in the world
Hopefully 2024 I wil pass that SAPS physical exam.. My goal is the STF 💪🏾🇿🇦🇿🇦
it's metal toughness, some of the biggest strongest guys fail this cause they don't have the metal ability to keep going after their bodies give in
Good luck to you. I hope you will reach your goal to be a member of the STF.
All in the mind. Don't think about what comes next! One foot before the other. Good Luck.
I recognized Warren at 26 seconds of this video. Warren appeared in the documentary series about the SAPS STF that was filmed around 2000.
Warren Morris, Doccie from early 90's

Well done boys, represent our people with pride and honour
