I think they could have gone with something better. I don't think you could find any elected Democrats that has much good to say about Lenin. Even most Marxists I know are pretty lukewarm about Lenin. It might have been funnier if it was a statue being torn down

@@MaverickChristian right, but if you look at politics on a national level, not a US level, the US democrats are farther right than most of the other countries. So essentially if you’re a centrist in between a democrat and republican in the us (or a moderate republican or moderate dem) you’re about on par with like the Conservative Party in England. There really is no left outside of progressives/socialists like myself. Hope that helped!

I also love the apparent contradiction between self canceling older films and believing the government should preserve their copyrights forever. Of course, they don’t want to self cancel everything, but even if they do, copyright would prevent others from republishing classics like “Song of the South.” I had the latter in book form from Disney as a child and left at my grandparents’ place for all my younger cousins. It was in great condition the last I saw it. Kids had to have clean hands to read in my grandparents’ home. Unfortunately it disappeared after they passed. I hope someone who appreciates its rarity has it and takes care of it.

Hear's my crazy Idea to fix everything.
-Get rid of the IRS and have the states pay a per person fee for federal stuff, and push most programs back to the states, including social programs.
-Decrease the size of the states. When we started this, the 13 colonies had a smaller population than Utah.
-Alow an easier path to statehood for those wanting to vote for this. This would help with imigration. I know this one is crazy, but HK sure wanted to be a state

I was a bit surprised they didn't do this in the form of "Libertarian Disney" like they did with PBS, James Bond, Star Wars, and Christmas gifts. But it's easier to get hard-hitting rapid-fire jokes this way. It's similar to what they did with the Used Car Primary Candidate Dealerships.
