- This is a spoiler-free video! We decided to challenge the Lucina amiibo in Fire Emblem Fates! That was a mistake... But just how strong is she?

You see that sword, that's the Falchion bruh, created to KILL DRAGON'S,such as yourself buddy, no flashy Chainsaw sword is gonna save you from that..
Corrin be lucky that this doesn't apply to Smash, or else Lucina, Marth, and Roy (the Sword of Seals also does super effective damage on Dragons), would be doing like 50% damage on Corrin per hit, lol.

then again, if characters' strengths and weaknesses were more loyal to how they are in they're original games, Ike would be able to massacre a decent amount of the roster, Cloud could shoot FUCKING METEORS and blow everyone up, Mewtwo would be the "best" pokemon, and Kirby could literally just eat everyone
O.C.E Snipes Don't forget about Bayonetta! She would want to slay the Kid Icarus cast and due to how weak apparently Palutena is in that one fight and Bayonetta is insanely powerful they wouldn't stand a chance, she would probably keep, or let go Dark Pit since he would "intrigue her most", I'm pretty sure Game and Watch wouldn't even be visible either since it is a 3d world. Sonic could outrun everyone so he'll live.

+StickFigure I think that the reason for the lack of dual audio is because of licensing issues. They did hire two singers to voice act in this game after all (The voices of Azura and Hayato). I honestly doubt that NoE can do anything about it.

The Smash 4 part was a reference on how the Falchions don't do extra damage to Corrin in that game.

The price for FE Amiibo, especially Marth, have gone down a lot. They'll probably restock Lucina when Fates is released too... I know I'm getting one

+Xslayer6 Marth and Ike amiibo are literally everywhere. I see hordes of Marth whenever I go to Best Buy, and hordes of Ike whenever I go to GameStop.
As for Robin and Lucina, you can get them online for $20 each.
I recently imported an ike akimbo from Japan, it's cheap, but it takes a long ass time for it to arrive. I waited 2 months for my ike amiibo

6:39 It was at this point that walking in on the opposite gender's Hot Spring was confirmed in the western release, and I laughed like a maniac. This is one of the most hilarious features of the game, and I'm so glad it didn't get cut.

I see that the allies they gave her represent some of the Awakening kids. The Mercenary is Inigo, the Samurai is Owain, the Dark Mage is Laurent, The Sky Knight is Cynthia and the Wyvern Rider is Gerome.

HEY GAMEXPLAIN, i forgot to comment this the day you uploaded this, but, if you recruited Laslow, Odin, or Selena (which are Inigo, Owain and Severa from Awakening respectively) and you make any of them attack her, they'll have a lil' chat about how do they end up there, memories from the past, blah blah blah ... also they notice Lucina is not the Lucina they know from Awakening, because the FE Amiibo's are Smash Amiibos.
Also Robin, while talking to Corrin when they meet, makes a reference to Smash saying that he doesnt know how he came to this world, but he does remember that he came from a world where STRENGTH rules over STRATEGY. And i think either Marth or Ike says that he remembers that in the world he came from people where sent FLYING and that they were CHEERING for him at some moment ...

Hey it's working now! Also nice touch with the enemy units paralleling the Awakening children and even have matching skills with their personality! What I can assume from the enemy unit parallels:
Sky Knight - Cynthia - Flamboyant & Sol
Wyvern Rider - Gerome - Lunge & Flowing Strike
Samurai - Owain - Roundhouse & Raven Strike
Dark Mage - Morgan - Devlish Wind & Battle Command
Mercenary - I'm leaning towards Inigo here - Strength Seal & Defense Seal

Mumen Rider The skill battle command would make sense more with a character like Morgan. Not to mention Devilish wind making more sense due to his "familial background"
SageOfAnys dude, Morgan can be any class dude. Laurent makes way more sense
Mumen Rider But even in Morgan's portrait and his official art, Morgan is depicted as a tactician. Also the skills match up to Morgan far more than Laurent. Either way, there's no point in arguing about this. Opinions are opinions.

Listening to the two songs in this battle, I cannot wait for the soundtrack to be officially released.
I know that the Japanese soundtrack has been ripped, but the people who've ripped it haven't put it in any real order, and they all have different track lists and stuff.
+ChazzzyF Just in case you might not know, the music that plays during the fight with Lucina is called "Rival" and it's from Fire Emblem Awakening.
Blueblade13 I mainly meant the Skirmish theme that begins playing around 0:40 ish and the more energetic version of it that plays during fight animations, like at 2:19 ish, which are new to Fates.

No, Revelations is DLC and not only that but explicitly is only available from a purchased Birthright or Conquest.
Plus, it seems they've changed how they handle the digital version compared to how Japan did it…
