I dont envy you guys. My lad played for local clubs since the age of 5. You are volunteers and have such a thankless job. Must be hard to keep going especially with some of the demanding parents around you
I think you have to faze out the negatives mate and just concentrate on why you do it and the ultimate goal. We do it for the kids and trying to help them develop as people as well as their football abilities. It can be stressful but also the most rewarding thing
