INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs large shrimp, shell on or off (31 to 40 count)
1/2 cup cornstarch
3 tbsp unsalted butter (more if needed)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (more if needed)
8-10 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp oyster sauce
Juice from half a lemon (around 2 tbsp)
Parsley for garnishing
