    I have this in the sunburst orange with the grains of rice bracelet. My wrist is 7.25 inches and the watch fits great, looks great. My favorite orange watch with utility. Not that small for me.

    Great review thanks. The 300T’s bezel and dial diameters are 36 and 25mm respectively so only about a mm difference.

    You're crazy dude. I have an 8-in wrist and I wore 34mm Rolex oyster perpetual date just fine. When I finally sold it I had so many dudes that were hung up on the fact that it was 34 mm and not 36 mm like the datejust. Once dude tried it on he bought it immediately. Most of the watch sizing is psychological

      @@AverageBrosno, I am pretty sure as random commenters we know your preferences better than you do. For example, henceforth your favorite color is purple, you only shall date blonds and you will bore every person you meet by telling them in unbearable detail about how you are non-binary and insist everyone use your preferred pronouns “Zaire, Zairern, and Zaire’s” then change these pronouns each time you meet the same person, perpetually being offended with righteous indignation.
      You will also charge your name Neckface and practice calligraphy three hours per day with an iridium-tipped fountain pen, only using purple ink on Tomo River paper.

    I have 6.5" wrists and I love the way the 300T wears on my wrist but I only after I ground down the under side of the first beads on the bracelet to stop them from jutting out. The 300T has become my daily and not too many of my other watches get much attention anymore apart from when I have to go into the office and diver isn't suitable

    I like the other Doxa 200. Theory make a $1,000 more traditional diver, and it looks great. I owned an old gold Doxa, but it was a dress watch. I regret selling it. It was thin and elegant, like a Calatrava.

    This watch is small for the average American where been overweight is a normal. Anywhere in the world it works perfect. Sort of like car manufacturers have to build big SUVs for America because we would not fit in other cars

    I have a 6.5 wrist and the Sub 300 felt too big. The Sub 200T fits perfectly. I think it wears like a 38mm. Your wrists are big and this watch is meant for wrists under 7 inches or people that prefer smaller watches.

    • @AverageBros
      @AverageBros  6 месяцев назад

      @@Josue-411 Agreed, best for 6.5" wrists and below. I actually do prefer smaller watches generally but for me the proportions are what overly shrunk the watch down. So, it wasn't just ultimate dimensions, as the smaller 38mm Vulcain Skindiver wears perfectly by comparison, with reverse proportions of a larger more open dial and thinner bezel. Still love Doxa and their classic SUB 300 though, as in that case, the proportions help shrink the watch down to what feels more like a 39-40mm visually.

    Nice video man! So I have a 6 3/4 inch wrist. I feel the normal one be to big when I think my turtle feels to big. Do you think this would work on mine or should I just suck it up and get the full?

    • @AverageBros
      @AverageBros  6 месяцев назад

      Yeah, I would say to go for the classic Sub 300, wears a lot smaller than the Turtle at 42.5mm diameter on a 45mm L2L and a 38.5mm bezel

    I hate to say it: I have interest in this watch when Doxa unveiled it. Now, however, idk… looks underwhelming. Didn’t expect the dial and bezel diameters to be that small. Yikes. Wish I could see it in person. Want a yellow one.

    • @AverageBros
      @AverageBros  6 месяцев назад +2

      The Searambler is definitely one of the more sedate colorways, I'm sure the yellow pops a lot more. This 200T version is super small wearing though but if you like divers closer to 36mm, it still might work for you.

      If you’re worried about dimensions I would take a look at the yellow DOXA 600t. The angular case and the lugs being somewhat integrated make the watch look and feel smaller on the wrist.
      40mm (D)
      14.5mm (H)
      47mm (LTL)
      I have the white pearl one and it’s wears comfortably on both bracelet and rubber. It’s more of a sleeper pick from DOXA in my opinion.

      The reviewer has bigger wrists and prefers bigger watches. That doesn’t make this watch too small, just not the right option for him. If you have a smaller wrist and/or prefer smaller watches this is a good option for you.

    • @AverageBros

      @@Josue-411 I actually prefer smaller watches but feel this wears overly small, especially considering how well their SUB 300 sits. It's more about proportions here vs. ultimate dimensions. But yes, I absolutely agree that those with smaller 6.5" wrists and under should love the 200T, as they may have found the Classic SUB 300 to be too physically overwhelming on wrist despite the smaller visual weight achieved by their signature proportions.
