I went to Apple they asked for $470 to replace the screen then I went to store called I fix they asked for $455 then I decided to watch how we can replace it, I bought screen from eBay for $80 and tools for $7 then replaced it and it works very good, thank you so much for this easy and clear video 🎉
I was able to replace my screen but the power isn't going on my Macbook Pro anymore, even plugged in. Any tips? I checked the battery connector multiple times and seems fine.

your MacBook may not turn on due to a bad connection screen cable or any other cable
My screen is still black. Unfortunately replacing the display assembly didn’t help
