My idea was that I didn't want them getting almost to a station, triggering maintenance needs, then hotting the station and leaving without load/unloading in order to go to the depot, but I am probably overthinking it. Thanks!
For long routes I explicitly order my trains to go to the depot. But if you click the « go to depot » order, you’ll see that you can make it conditional on « servicing needed » 🤓

You dont have to put the Depo's on the train list.The train will enter the nearest one on the route if it needs it
